Hi Lisa,

There is something we all can do for another class of scammers, the spoofers or phishers.

Whenever you get an email about ebay or paypal or a bank, forward that email to the spoof department of the organization eg.

spoof@ebay.com
spoof@paypal.com
spoof@chase.com

etc.

If your bank, your site that you depend on does not have a spoof department and you are getting these spoof emails, call them and have them set one up.

Never give your password out, your credit card number out to someone who contacted you instead of you contacting them. They are scammers or at best telemarketers. I prefer to shop with who I researched first.

Hello China!

You are most welcome for the invitation. Thanks for participating!

Yep, we all detest the scammers, that's for sure.

It is very difficult to determine the good from the bad in the online world at times. The most important a person can do is thoroughly investigate each and every biz op, product and company before proceeding.

Be safe,

Hi ya Kathy,

I receive many emails every day, pertaining to ebay, Storm Pay, banks, and credit card companies, that are all phishing scams. I never, ever click on any links from inside emails from PayPal, e-Bullion, etc. If one puts their mouse over the link, you will not see the "real" link... so the best thing to do is never click on any links.

Hi Steven,

Yep, I get these all the time. These folks have some nerve don't they!

You'd be surprised how many folks get "taken in" by these scams though. Its a crying shame too!

Thanks for your participation!!

Hey Tim!

Greed is a terrible thing, isn't it. You would think that folks have heard of the Nigerian scam, but with thousands and thousands of folks coming online every month, some of them just don't know any better.

Your idea of renaming this notorious scam is thought provoking... :)

Have a great weekend!
