earnings of that other type of site. And even
more, I learned that so many of us are unknowningly
mixing these site strategies together and
muddling things up and ruining our sales process.

If you don't know this, then your sales process is "broken", and while it might appear nice to you and make YOU feel good about seeing it, the bottom line is what your visitors think about it. I used to see all kinds of sites I thought were broken or just plain bad...and now I find that as good as some of mine were, they just don't pass the BIG success test. Ouch! I felt like an idiot!
