Hi Sara,

Thank you for joining in our celebration!!!  I agree with you...we must never forget to honor those who have given themselves so completely to allow us the freedoms we enjoy.  Honoring our military men and women is the least that we can do.

I love the graphics you've posted.  Very nice!.....I'll be heading off in a little while to my sister's and then this evenging with friends for a cook out.  Remembering is more than about picnics and food, but it's a way for us to collectively celebrate this special occasion. 

Everyone's invited!!!!  The more the merrier!.....

Well, almost everyone's invited....this guy is definitely ready for a picnic though...I guess he didn't need an invitation!

I hope you have a wonderful day with friends or family, or both.  Thanks for posting the great reminders for us to SALUTE our military.

Hi there Vessie,

I sure appreciate you dropping by to help us celebrate our Independence Day!  It's good to see you & I'm happy that we have the freedoms that we enjoy to even post in a forum like this.  It's amazing to realize that there are those in other parts of our world who can't even do this. 

We are blessed and I am so thankful that we are.  Keep safe and have an incredible day!  (The candles are neat with their perpetual flames burning & the reflections...don't you wonder how they do that?)

Hi Cheryl,

Thanks for the invitation. I want to wish you a very Happy 4th! We are so blessed to live in the greatest country in the world. However, more so than ever before since this country was founded we need to be diligent in making sure that we don't lose the freedoms that we hold so dear.
