Hi Katie,
I need to walk the Ocean Beach everyday for a minimum of 40 mins. Usually I walk 1 1/2 hours along the Ocean. I am so grateful for the beauty on this Planet that God so graciously gives us daily. We need to keep our bodies healthy and wise!

When I can not do my daily walk-my body and mine suffer for sure. I miss it and make sure I get there the very next day.
