It's not a vote situation, the Nominators are chosen every week, 7th and 10th from last of all eligible nominators at the POTW Nominations thread.  This was actually Shirley's first time participating and she was in one of the right places.  I'll go get the link and bring it here in my next post so you can see how it went.

Here was last week's Nominations/Election that ended June 23rd:

Branka, Pat, Shirley, Robert, Luka, Sarah, Jayson, Sara, Judy)
SO...Shirley was 7th from last and Dimitra was 10th from last.

(The 2 chosen Nominators don't have to have the POTW winner in
