Hello my ALP friends,

Again we in AOV Team bring you good tiding and very best wishes as we invite to yet another fascinating episode of your refreshing

Article of Virtue, featuring another active and friendly personality in our community – Alain Deguire.

In this edition, Alain is taking us to the energetic but peaceful level of ONENESS. He captions the magic and beauty of our inner state under peaceful coexistence with nature and our environment.

I was once taught by my elementary teacher that our world of objects and matter is actually made up of nothing but information contained in energy that is constantly vibrating at different and extremely fast energy frequencies. Our slow senses, unable to fathom this speed; can only register chunks of this energy and information as physical objects in the visible universe!

Alain has brought back to us the mystical truth of ‘Oneness’. In fact only ONENESS exists. Diversity is the unlimited potential of Oneness and Infinity is its playing field.

As a baby, we began with a consciousness that saw and felt everything without any awareness of separation or fear. This is the major pillar of creation which unfortunately has been broken and polluted by the illusion of ‘separateness’ that has created time and space and everything else negative in our universe.

This is an interesting article for everyone, no matter your gender, religion or race. You are bound to learn new things about life.

THE MAGIC OF ONENESS

(Can You Feel The Mystical Link?)

I feel honoured to be invited by my esteemed friend Sam to write an “Article of Virtue”.

This is my first public article… an important turning point on my path of life!

“Oneness” is a heartfelt subject to me! So, let’s start in considering the following quote:

“See… the Light of Love which is in all. You will find a magic, living relationship uniting the trees, the sky, the stars, all people, and all living things; and, you will feel oneness with them.”
– Paramahansa Yogananda

You certainly read similar quotes… but, have you reflected on the nature of this mystical link? Have you felt that special bond… with a plant or a pet; with a tree or an animal?

Indigenous people were close to Nature, knowledgeable about the specific characteristics of plants or birds, sky or earth. Native Americans even considered animals as Totems venerating all of their special attributes. In the 1990’s, I was very close to Native Amerindians Spirituality. I experienced this Mystical Link in many ways and occasions. Let me share one with you…

On a Sunday morning, after having spent the night in Nature around a “Sacred Fire”, I lead a small group of people on an excursion to the top of a close by mountain. We were open-minded to Nature manifestations that could enlighten our individual growth path. Reaching destination without noticeable form of manifestation, we gathered in circle at a wonderful spot overlooking the valley. I started playing drum and singing vibratory songs to connect with Nature and the Universe.

While talking with people, the drum on my knees, an insect fell like a rock straight on the drum. I had no idea where it came from and, completely immobile, it looked dead. I was surprised and amazed! Looking closer, I discovered Pure Beauty… this insect looked like it had been carved in pure gold. I had never seen anything like this before.

Later, I found out it was a “Gold Beetle”.

I circulated the drum around so everyone could admire her beauty. Very respectfully, each one had a chance to meticulously contemplate.

The drum back in hands, I started talking to the insect:

“Friend, you are magnificent! Thank you for visiting here today, allowing us to see all of your splendour, and making this amazing connection with us. If you are dead, I will bring you home and place you on my altar symbolizing this connection with the Universe; if you are alive, time has come to fly back into Nature.”
The Gold Insect started moving, opened her wings and disappeared in the Wild. Everyone marvelled at what had just happened before their eyes.

My deepest desire is that people respect themselves and any form of life, take time to live fully, connect with and feel this mystical link with their surroundings. So often time I felt tears running down my cheeks feeling all the Love from such Oneness Encounter.

	Thank you Sam, Branka, Georgios and Judy for this wonderful forum. Hi Thomas :) Big Hugs. Congratulations Alain. You sure wrote a wonderful article. And a very important one indeed. I feel very much like you do now Alain. Maybe it is wisdom coming with old age. I like to save little bugs as well as larger creatures. I don't like to see plants and trees cut down or destroyed. I see so much value in small life and large. I was not always like this. If I see a moth in distress, I will go catch him in a glass with a postcard over the glass and put him outside. I do not like to see the moth in distress in the house. I put spiders outside because I do not like them in my home, but I do not want to harm them, so I catch them with the glass and postcard and put them outside. I adore butterflies. I love caterpillars. If I see the caterpillar in the road or walkway, I will pick them up and put them on a bush or tree so they do not get run over or stepped on. I always love caterpillars. i really care deeply about these tiny creatures. Just a few months ago, I was at my Mom's cooking and cleaning in her kitchen and heard something hit the window very hard. I was sure it was a bird and ran outside on her porch to look. Sure enough the poor bird was so stunned his mouth was stuck open, and he was standing still on the porch. I ran inside and put on some leather gloves, came back outside to the bird and slowly walked up to him. I waved my hand around him a bit and there was no reaction. I was very worried about him, so I carefully picked him up into my hands with the leather gloves on and held the bird gently. He did nothing but sit in my hands quietly. I thought this was not good. I hoped the bird did not do some internal damage. I gently petted the bird and talked to him quietly, telling him he would be ok. His eyes were open the entire time, but I do not think he could see, because now and then I would wave my hand by his eyes to see if I would get any reaction from him. I was worried about this bird. I wanted him to be alright. At the same time I felt so honored to be able to hold a wild bird in my hands. He was so beautiful and strong. He was a cow bird, I think. I am not positive if that is what he was. He was black with brown coloring and about the size of a blue jay. I continued to pet him and talk to him, then occasionally wave my hand by his head to see if there was any reaction. About a half an hour went by and the bird became startled by my hand waving and he flew a little ways to a tree branch. It was not far. I had made some progress. I decided to go back into the kitchen to continue with cooking and cleaning. I checked on the bird now and then to see if he was still on the tree branch. About a half and hour or hour had gone by. I went out to look on the porch at the tree branch and the bird was gone. I am sure he had flown off. I felt so much better and wished him good luck. Alain your story reminded me of the moths, spiders, caterpillars and especially the bird. Love and big hugs to all of you. Barb :)

	Hey Hey Sam! Coming back now to emphasize on your comments on the article... I really love your way of commenting on what I expressed in the article by... "In this edition, Alain is taking us to the energetic but peaceful level of ONENESS. He captions the magic and beauty of our inner state under peaceful coexistence with nature and our environment." This is so true.. magic, beauty, inner peace and coexistence with all that is! And, your teacher was so right... "I was once taught by my elementary teacher that our world of objects and matter is actually made up of nothing but information contained in energy that is constantly vibrating at different and extremely fast energy frequencies. Our slow senses, unable to fathom this speed; can only register chunks of this energy and information as physical objects in the visible universe!" We need to create a special state of mind and spirit that allow us to elevate our energy vibrations so that we can connect in an easier and deeper way with our surrounding and I found that Nature would also contribute in making that connection possible. It is a team work and a will to make this connection that allows for it to happen... So Full of Gratitude when it happens! and, I just love the following statement Sam... "Diversity is the unlimited potential of Oneness and Infinity is its playing field." You are a wonderful writer yourself My Friend! and, so TRUE as well that we can feel and BE this Oneness as a Baby!
