Well i think it's about time i should address this issue of my grandmothers passing. First i would like to thank my dear friends Diane for putting this thread together for me, you've always been at my side Diane i appreciate your concern for me and for my family, i know some are not here today to post but threads do last forever lol. To Myrna my dear friend from way back lol, your warmth and giving not only to me but to others has been outstanding character one i try to uphold and your sincere gratitude of those around you , there are no words to say more of you just know that i love you my dear friend, your wise and your knowledgeable always with regard for others thank you. Kathy what can i say about you? you make me smile, laugh and most of all your great to work with! lol...sometimes lol. You know how i feel about you and its good to know that we can joke and just hang, much like a sister brother type, you the coolest lol and i love you for it, thank you. Granny Josey was a strong woman who loved family, she didn't care if you were a stranger off the street she would feed you anyway lol Manjah she would say, thats eat in Italian. SHe raised my younger brother and I as pups crawling on the floor when my mom couldn't unfortunately she had other issues but thats all water under the bridge. Granny took care of us right down to the underwear lol, the sugerys of our legs, the dentists, and of course not going to jail every so often through my high school years lol, i was a problem child much like the song goes. During those years, jr high and high school my brother Mark and me would sort of live with my mother as she was married again and wanted us all to live out there in the San Fernando valley but on the weekends we would go back to Burbank where i was born and where Granny ran apartments as manager for awhile, 4 duplex with a backyard, close line and a storage unit where it was converted into a bedroom for me and my brother, the party house we used to call it lol right next to the alley way. I left home at 18 got married well you could read my bio, but moving on years later my life changed thank God and i had to figure out away where i can work and look after granny Josey..simple, why not buy a computer and work at home? the house here is the second home where im typing from , the first home she bought that one in 1986 and it is about 100 yards from my house here lol bigger 4 bedroom, the other was a 2 bedroom , small. Anyhoot she passed away in her sleep at 4:30 Am, sound asleep which i think is the best way to go, i called 911 , paramedics came with the police to make a report take some picture to make everything legit, no foul play stuff like that, rules LOL. Anyway i will get through this i know i have friends here who do love me and right now im a little tired , not much work done today. My sister and her kids are here, and of course my mother so i think i'll be fine, she died the way she wanted, she was 94 died of stomach cancer, i will surely miss her but i know just like rabbi Jesus would say just think of me and i will be right there to help hold your hand. I probably will be back soon to post some more. Thank you once again Diane. God_bless you. -Thomas
