Jerilyn, dear friend, thank you for letting us know.  We will most certainly keep you and your family in our prayers.  I am so sorry about the loss of your Mother.  That is a very hard one.  Sorry about the family member also.  May God bless and comfort you during these difficult times.

Thank you so much Luka and Sara.

I spoke to his brother over the weekend and they are not sure if he knows what has happened.

They amputated his leg just above the knee and may have to go further up.

Mark is a 26 year old athlete with his whole life ahead of him.

He is a very kind and caring soul.

Jerilyn my heart goes out to you during this time and for the young man who has lost his leg.  I posted this poem for you and will post it here also.

WHEN WE LOSE A LOVED ONE

No words can ease the pain,

the sorrow that you feel.

Deep inside you there is a

hurt so real.

You think you cannot go on.

It cuts to your very soul

and slices out a part of you,

a part that made you whole.

This loved one filled a spot

that now is void.

In time, you will accept,

but, for now, trust the Lord.

He will share your pain.

He will share your sorrow.

He will get you through this,

He will help you face tomorrow.

Think of joys you shared

with this loved one,

will help in days to come.
