Thanks for replying and good on you posting at JoAnne's.

I knew you were on top of things.  An impartial system was already in place and worked well with the Photo forum.  It was individuals that chose to break the rules that is the problem.  No matter the system some idiot will try to beat it.

Yes you can make it so difficult no one will want to play or trust in folks natural goodness.  As is preached everywhere here but seldom practiced. ;-)

No problem.

The system we might adopt will place all submitted photos onto a gallery (all given an entry number) then winners would be moved to a winners gallery.

This would mean that all photos submitted could be viewed and voted upon every time. They would only be taken down if the submitter requested.

It's a thought. It would save a lot of forum searching.

I am still investigating a possible prize with a photographic business.

The prize idea is a thumbs up. 

As for the Gallery are you suggesting that all submissions are up for voting till they win or the owner requests their removal from the competition?  Interesting but seems to take the competitiveness out, kind of like buying a lottery ticket that never expires.  ;-)

It's a point ok.

I don't really feel that way because a photo worth putting up is worth re-submitting. Fine tuning might need thinking about though.

i'm trying not to get further into this for the reasons I stated earlier but I promise that every comment and view will be considered as a part of setting up something that Adland can be proud of.
