	I have a package of this but only used it once so didn't notice if it gave me more energy. It is from South Africa and on my package it is spelled Rooibos Herbal Tea. I was told it is also called Red Tea. I just read the instructions...lol and it says to steep for 5-7 minutes which I am sure I didn't do when I used it. Hope this gives everyone some more information. Shirley Manion

	Hi Leonie, I am glad you like the articles. I enjoy reading about health issues. I checked out the Real Age survey about a year ago. It was kind of interesting. I will be checking my vitamin bottles to see if any have ribose. DonnaZ

	Hi Shirley, I have some Rooibos Herbal Tea somewhere. I think I tried a cup and didn't find it particularly good, but will try it again to see if I notice any more energy. Of course, red tea and black tea will provide some energy, too, because of the caffeine. They also have health benefits. DonnaZ
