Glad you like it Roger!  I love the color of the car too.  Hey, seriously...what would be the car of your dreams?  I love cars, though as I've gotten older I admire them from a distance instead of think that "I just have to have that car."

Have a super day!

Cheryl ;-)

Hello Cheryl,

This is actually  a VERY difficult question for reasons I can't give here.

I actually have a poem already written which I won't publish until X happens.

I can't explain further.

I will say this much. This is another me.

If/when X happens I want a Bentley Continental. I have test driven one, I also test drove the Mercedes 600CD 200mph.  OOOOOOOh but it doesn't look as expensive as it is.

My first choice would be an Aston Martin, BUT, the back seats really are too cramped and I want to be able to take my grandchildren in the back. You see I only really like two door coupes.

I know that it is ungreen, not planet friendly and disgustingly in-your-face, but I have reasons which I can't give here.

But you asked and this is my answer.

One day I hope to explain.

Here are some photos of the Bentley Continental Speed.

Sir Roger -  WOW!

Great choices!  The Bentley is gorgeous, of course the Aston Martin is also....nice pictures.  Thanks for sharing them with me.  Whenever X does happen..please let me know.  I want to celebrate with you!!!!

I would ask for a ride...but that might be rather difficult.  Instead, just enjoy the blessing of getting to escort your grand children around in style!!  :-)

Fantastic!  I'm cheering for you!!!

Your friend,  ;-)

Thanks Cheryl,

I have to still justify my want.

I have to check that my very logical reasons are genuine as these are disgustingly expensive toys.

I won't go in to detail but will say this much. I don't JUST want this for me. I want to show others that what I have discovered in life DOES WORK.

Roger,

I am really in the grand stands (do you call it that in UK?) cheering for you.  Whether you do or not...I hope you know what I mean.

Don't you wonder why we have to justify our wants?  Sometimes I think it's too extravagant to even have big dreams or desires...& then I remember that God owns the whole universe & He created things to be enjoyed.  It's not that He minds us having big dreams & desires, we just shouldn't want them more than we want a relationship with Him.

Sometimes we just feel that we don't deserve things as much as someone else.  I think the main thing is not making the pursuit of things as our most important desire in life.   It's often misquoted that 'money is the root of all evil'.  It's the love of the money' as being more important than anything else.  So it is with possessions.

Anyway, I hope you will share more with me about what's going on with you & what you've discovered that's got you thinking about perhaps having the good fortune to purchase one of those beautiful vehicles.

Take care my friend! Until next time.

Cheryl ;-)
