Great topic you have brought out.
Fibro is very much stress related and nowadays, there is no boundry
between men and women though women go through more emotional down turn
when it comes to men.
Please don't get me wrong but we have higher hormones than men do so
understandably, we go through this. Fighting this will be easier
when there is good support from family and friends.
A main treatment that can be done for this a heart activity exercise
that calms the emotions and in return the transmission of information
from the brain and heart is kept seperate.
But I agree that people's ignorance does not help.
