Niel and Jill,

You have done a wonderful review of Pauline Raina. Great words for a woman with wisdom, great spirits and important values. I have learned so much from her words alone.

To Sam and crew,

Thank you again for a wonderful article delivered in such an appealing fashion.

Neil your intro hit the mark. Pauline displays all those quaitlites in all she does. I have had the wonderful opportunity to get to know her very well over the last few months.

Jill as gracious sponsor, your words to strike home. How many of us have heard that old saying 'Silence is Golden" . I all ways thought it was just a way to shut me up. Obviously the meaning has aberrated with use.

Pauline,

Your article is a service to all of us who wish to improve ourselves, and provide a better atmosphere to those who come in contact with us. I will definately use your title like a mantra. When angry be silent.

Your article arrives at a very timely moment in my life. Through meditation, something I have been doing an hour a day now for at least  2 months, I have been making discoveries about myself I would never have suspected. Recently I came face to face with a vast  oily pool of anger within me. Now most people who know me personally would never suspect that such a thing exists within me. But I do. Since I discovered that "pool of anger" and since I haven't completely work through or understood why it is there, that anger is much nearer  the surface than it use to be. Which is a good and a bad thing. Good because I am conscious of it, and bad because at the moment I am aliitle more explosive than
people are use to. (Most people think I'm a teddy bear.)

Just yesterday I could have put that mantra to very good use, instead I now have to eat my words.

So as you can see I have a special thank you to you, for your wonderful article.

Okay , now, count to ten, deep breath, now silence.

Have a beautiful summer morning,

Nick

Hello Peter,

Happy weekend my friend.
You have made a practical comment there.
You wrote:
The spirit of all that you wrote is so true and yet many of us aren't always able to live by those very simple rules.

The human angle in us in most cases becon on our instant reaction based on emotions and in such cases if we don't stop for a split moment for reconsideration, the result is mostly regretable.

I am an ardent observer of Pauline's principle and I can confidently attest to its efficacy. Most helpful and generally respectable.

Most regards and thanks for your support.

Hi Leslye,

It's nice to have you in the forum. I must commend you for your love and consistency for the forum even in your busy schedule.

I think the whole essence of Pauline's article is the best way we can avoid hurting others. Anger has been part of the human race and some people knowingly or unknowingly capitalize on this weak string in others to bring out their negative pictures. This is most unfortunate but wisdom preaches slow to anger and Pauline is re-echoing it once more!

You are most welcome and your comments are highly informative and appreciated. Thank you!!
