Hi Joe,

I've always been a great believer in drinking water. It is my favorite drink and I have to admit that aside from my coffee (that I love) water is my only other drink. The soft drink companies would go bankrupt if they had to depend on consumers like me. :)

Water is a great cleanser and flushes out wastes that accumulate in our bodies.
