Why are we here if not to make life less difficult for eachother?

Wellness is my passion. Not just for myself but for all. And I would not say that I am obsessive about being healthy, just concerned and actively finding easy ways to get there without draining my bank account or sacrificing the fun stuff, i.e chocolate!

Some of my concerns you ask?

I have concerns for "our" Earth's Health.

I have concerns with our Air Quality, both inside and out.

I have concerns with all the childhood illness and malnutrition that plagues our Countries.

I have concerns with families struggling to make ends meet at the cost of the families quality time.

I have concerns with our food and water becoming increasingily depleted of the vital nutrients needed to sustain our maximum health.

I have concerns with our seniors living on fixed incomes that don't provide needed funds to live properly.
