Joe, thank you for sharing this with us. Never having read the article before, I still believe at times I use this same type of principal in dealing with situations. Not having anyone around to discuss happenings with in most instances, a lot of time just talking to myself through my pets, pretending they really understand what I am saying, seems to help quite a bit.
The mind is a strong tool when we use it in the right ways.
