Yup, there getting smarter Kathy, unfortunately not all can afford to move out of Louisiana, so this will happen again, these walls here in San Diego cant stop the illegal aliens from crossing over, San Diego is still being flooded out, meaning more higher cost of living for the rest of us here as the years continue on.
