Thank you for that. My Great Aunt and also my Aunt suffer from this, they say it effect every part of your mussels and joint. They also get very tired and they eat cheese that helps get them from feeling bla by eating protein.

Although I am not sure if I have fibro, I do know that I have osteo arthritis and good sleep is essential for both. In fact sleep is important for many health aspects.

For your information and those of your friends who contribute (or just read) your posts and have sleep problems may I suggest if you haven't heard of Mike Brescia and his "Think Right Now" programmes that you take a look.

His CD's are not subliminal and cover many health problems but the one I have just started using is "Tranquil sleep Now"

The first night I went to sleep before the CD finished. When I did wake up and had to visit the bathroom I returned to bed and instead of being awake for hours I went straight back to sleep. This pattern has continued each night. Last night I finally heard the CD all through and perhaps it took 10 minutes to fall asleep when it finished.

I am so grateful, as for many years I have suffered from all the insomnia problems but not any more.
