HAPPY JULY 4TH!
Dear Vasin,

Thank you for joining in our celebration and for your good wishes.

To celebrate our nation's birthday, we Americans share with our family, friends, and neighbors a lot of BBQ hot dogs, and hamburgers, chicken, potato salad, watermelons, tomatoes, ice cream, and many other traditional American foods.

I wish you could be here to participate.

Until next time --

Have an Awesome Weekend!

HAPPY JULY 4TH!
Hi there, Geketa,

Thank you for joining this special celebration. I hope that you are having a wonderful time with family and friends.

I, too, found the magnificent painting below is precious. I am glad The Independence Hall Association has made it available for us to enjoy.

According to The Independence Hall Association, the copy of painting below was the first painting that Trumbull completed for the Rotunda. It "shows the presentation of the Declaration of Independence in what is now called Independence Hall, Philadelphia. The painting features the committee that drafted the Declaration of Independence — John Adams, Roger Sherman, Thomas Jefferson (presenting the document), and Benjamin Franklin — standing before John Hancock, the President of the Continental Congress. The painting includes portraits of 42 of the 56 signers and 5 other patriots. The artist sketched the individuals and the room from life."

HAPPY JULY 4TH!
Sunny Greetings from California, Marisol!

Thank you so much for your visit and for your  message. I'm delighted to have you in this forum.

Thank you for reminding Americans about one of the most important duties to our country with the following quote:
“I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands. One nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”
I would like to share with you one of my favorite quotes of Thomas Jefferson:
"Can the liberties of a nation be sure when we remove their only firm basis, a conviction in the minds of the people, that these liberties are a gift from God?"
I hope to see you on this forum again soon.

Until next time --

Have an Awesome Weekend!
