One more yummy muffin recipe to try.

CARROT, APPLE, PINEAPPLE MUFFINS

HEALTHY FRUIT ENRICHED SNACK
35 Minutes to Prepare and Cook

Ingredients

1.5 WW FLOUR
1/4 CUP RAW HONEY
1.5 TSP BAKING SODA
1.5 TSP CINNAMON
.5 TSP NUTMEG
.5 TSP SALT
3/4 CUP UNSWEETENED APPLESAUCE
1/4 CRUSHED PINEAPPLE
1/4 OLIVE OIL
2 EGGS
2 CUPS GRATED CARROTS

Directions

PREHEAT OVEN 350
MIX DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER
MIX WET INGREDIENTS TOGETHER
THEN MIX TOGETHER GENTLY
PUR INTO 12 MUFFIN CUPS AND BAKE FOR APPROXIMATELY 20 MINUTES OR UNTILL DONE.
MAKES APPROXIMATELY 16 MUFFINS
