Banana Almond Bread (Bread Machine Recipe)

This recipe sounds easy. I love banana bread any way it is made.

Banana Almond Bread 1.5 pound (Breadmachine)

Snacks

Sunbeam recipe

Ingredients


 

2/3 C Water 75-85 F
3/4 C Mashed banana
2 Tbsp Butter or margarine softened
1 larger egg lightly beaten
3 1/4 C Bread flour
3 Tbsp sugar
1 1/4 tsp salt
2 1/2 tsp yeast
1/2 C chopped nuts (i use almonds)


 

Directions

place ingredients into the bread pan:
water, banana,butter,egg,flour,sugar,salt
make a small indentation in the flour and add yeast there making sure it doesn't touch liquid
add nuts
run machine at sweet bread setting - mine take 1.5 hours
