Another delicious-sounding, healthy recipe.

Slidog's Beef Barley Vegtable Stew

Beef/Pork Dinner Beef/Pork Dinner

165 Minutes to Prepare and Cook

Ingredients

Beef, round steak, 1.33 lb
Publix Pearled Barley, 0.5 cup
Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) chopped
Potatoes Red Med., 3 serving cubed
Baby Carrots, raw, 8 large diced or sliced
Portabella Mushrooms, 200 grams sliced
Swanson Beef Broth less sodium fat free, ( 1 14oz can)

Directions

makes 12 - 1.5 cup servings
Cut beef into small cubes and brown
Place all ingredients plus 2 cups water into roaster an cook at 275 deg. 2 and half hours.
I serve with Whole Wheat Bread
