Donna..I couldn't of said that better myself you have givin a fantatic discription of FMS.
As a very long time suffer myself.. your Early Symptoms of fibromyalgia will help many people..wish I'd had that list when I felt foolish everytime I left the doctors office years ago. Great Job Donna.
I'm 58 now and I'd like to share something with you..
Now don't get me wrong your advise and help has helped so many and I'm not pain free yet but I see a lot less
pain in the near future.
Donna I feel Good..I smile and singing all the time now.
It's very nice to get up in the mornings well rested..a good night sleep has been a big help to FMS sufferers.
My energy is high but I feel clam at the same time.
I'm giving up the pills little by little..gone Lyrica..gone Cymbalta..still taking mild pain medicine only 2 or 3 times aday instead of 4 it's great. The times
I still do have problems is the damp weather right now.
Sunny days I'm breezing through a happy n busy Day.
