Thank you for your contribution here.  This poem works in co-operation with mine so well.

I am glad you took comfort from my poem.  I believe that that is why I was inspired to write it, as a comfort.

I was greatly comforted by the experience itself, and I think a poem helped me to express that comfort more than relating the experience in the form of a story.

I hoped to bring comfort by sharing and feel that I was encouraged to do so.

I hope that does not sound pretentious of me.  It's not meant to be.  I sincerely feel that way.
