Your chosen avocation says a lot about you.
A person who works with wood, in my opinion, is a born philosopher. Wood talks to you as you work with it, revealing beutiful patterns and shapes that change as the tree it came from grew strong enough to survive to the cutting stage. You can read a tree.
Rewarding time, effort and patience with objects that can serve with beauty and functionality for decades and bring joy to countless people who come across the finished product.

I bet you though I wasn't coming to your Star Party!  Well, I took the camel and just arrived.  Sorry I am late, and I really would like to know what happened to my notification for the it - but we shouldn't go there!!!

Congratulations, my friend.  You are so deserving of this recognition.  Sometimes I don't think you realize what a profound inspiration you are to people here at Adland.  You are a marvelous example of inspiration and I am pleased to call you friend.  Your words of wisdom are quoted far and wide, and your forums are exactly what you profess to be - a "teacher of teachers"
