Wow, Sam! How did you do that? The book and book review thing that is? So cool - I am ripe for a lesson in how you did that with my Bird Essentials in it too?? I am impressed!!
Sam, you are way too kind. Thank you for asking me to write the article. Quite frankly it came as a challenge, but I enjoyed doing it! I am still flattered that you asked ME!!
Neil, your review is inspiring. Colonel Saunders, Mary Kay and we could build a huge list of people who visualized their dreams and brought them to a reality that we sit back and admire, though so few of us actully live our own with abandon as they did.
The Mission Statement and a written purpose statement - you are right. They are a MUST for almost any company and all corporations. A leadership training group that I would highly recommend to anyone, includes the personal Mission Statement as part of the intensive training. Mine was written there and has evolved as my years have, but is basically the same as it was. I contend that anyone who wants to run a successful home based business is just as much in need of having a Mission, Vision and Purpose statement as any Frotune 500 company. They are guidlines. Reminders of who and where we headed.
Thanks for being here you two! Your encouragement is so appreciated!
Judy
