you seize to amaze me!!! Your brilliant I will give you that!!! You know its all about how you feel in your spirit, soul, body and mind.
I know a women who is 107 and you wouldnt even know it.shes amazing, with amazing story, she actually still does gardening, she says working out in her yard keeps her young, shes in touch with nature.
Its all whats in your heart i believe.
I think for those who are bitter will die young.
you know I got my car taken from me from a certain person and I could of chose to really fight about it but i let it just roll off my back,I did nothing except went out and bought me a car with no car payments.
Just breath relax and let the stuff roll off your back.
