Walmart has taken over America and put people out of business.  It treats its employees deplorably.  I REFUSE to shop at Walmart EVER!!!  I hope others take the same action.  I would rather pay 50 cents more to my local merchant that I've done business with for years and trust, than to give one penny to a global corporate mogul that will not even provide adequate health insurance to its employees and threatens them if they even talk about forming a union.  Walmart is part of the new corporate mafia and I will have no part of it!

Marcia: I respect your opinion but here is mine. I am old enough to remember unions in there hayday 60-70's when companies were affraid to think about the next union contract and what would happen.

First companies went south for cheaper labor and next went overseas to what is now called outsourcing, however Sam Waltin of Wallmart stood his ground and stayed in the good old USA. Sam figured out he could keep his company here and buy products overseas and still offer employment to his people in this country. Many other companies did not do the same.

Thanks, Bruce
