A WARNING FROM PHILOXENIA-ASD AdSurfDaily Admin seized by US Attorney General

Dear Adlanders!

Today I got messages from lots of Admins and friends telling me to stop all ASD promotion.

I don't know if this is a scam or not but I am not allowed to promote ASD.

Many of you are my good friends, in contact with me for a long time!
Several of you invited me to join ASD. I am a free member there! Many of you told me that you have invested lots of money there. I would say as I warned some of you months ago that the program is identical to 12DayPro and you should stay low.

I checked on internet. There are big speculations.

There is a track on the owner from American courts:
“Bowden is 74 yrs old. On the Internet ASD promotes him as an astute businessman with a long and remarkable record of successes in numerous business ventures, but such successes are remarkably absent from his true work history. Just prior to concocting ASD, Bowdoin was arrested in Alabama for one or more felony violations related to fraud…..”

This is the message in general that I got form 6 NetWorkers/Admins where I promote ASD!

Hey set up a nice profile, a picture or even an avatar and tell us about you and your activities if you want people to join you and if you want traffic to your ads.

May I give a 2 cent opinion here about ADS, or whatever other businesses that have closed down by force or by fate?

Too often these companies are named as scam or other derogative terms without people knowing what precisely the word means. Just about any company will have this word adjoined to its name if one searches for it in Google.

“Ponzy” is the dangerous principle to avoid, meaning that if any income to its members derives solely from the fee of new members AND if the company offers nothing else, then stay away. In Europe, and you know this Georgios, MLMs are considered prime suspects in this matter, the word is often wrongfully given to mean one and the same.

There is nothing wrong with selling a product, a service, hardware or software to a client as long as he knows and freely values beyond all reasonable doubt his interest towards the transaction. In this respect I believe all these programs that simply say “pay” and we will explain it all in the inside are dubious by nature.

A prime reason for a community such as Adland is for us folks to be able, via the forums and PM, to know with reasonable certainty the risks and advantages of whatever opportunity we are confronted with. This is wishful dreaming sometimes but we should strive to that objective never the less.

Thank you for your 2 cents! Many Europeans are lucky knowing the official laws about MLM.

As you mention MLM is allowed as long there is a produsct, service or support.
That means of course TAX ID from both sides. Declaration of income and yearly report report to the tax authorities.

I have not seen many companies doing that on the promoted sites in this community.

No problem, it depends on the tone of voice you use saying that and of course on a forum that’s hard to listen to.

Any way, Yes in Europe these deals are hard to figure out with regards to their real viable and legal consequences. Many pretend to be international and vow to this with proof but do not realize that their European friends are mainly declaring this income (if any) as opportune and momentary. This practice can work but only as said; for an opportune and momentary time. 8D

There are only very few such companies for as far as I can see. They need to have an official office and address in Europe, and if they do not, then they need to be able to send an official annual and detailed individual commission recap to all their European members. Try asking that to your auto-surfing outfit!

Two companies stand with respect in these matters, one is Success University, and the other is My Power Mall. There are surely others, but this could be a good Forum material to set up, I leave it to you.

Hi Georgios,

I do not believe that Andy Bowden is a crook, or anything that is said about him. I do know how the government is in making charges. I have been through this so many times, and it is always the SEC (U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission) thinks they always right. But you never seen any of the money. All are riped off.

So Andy gave us the message to wait until tomorrow 8-8-08 and he will give an up date. They will not allow him to say much at all. Andy has 4 top lawyers on the case with one on standby.

So lets keep the faith and pray for Andy, and our program of ASD. I think Andy wants to help as many people as possible. He has always been up front with us all. I will not believe that article in that paper.

Lets hope that the authorities came in right time! This kind o programs are ruining people. Many or our friends lost lots of money in similar programs.

I am happy that I did not upgrad. I was pressed very much to upgrade or to change sponsor to come in a better team. It is of no value to say who my friends were and I do not blame them, but I can say this: "when hearing about a cherry tree ful of cherries take a small basket".

I hope this will have a good end for my friends.
As for the Admin. I believe the authorities had a reason to act as they did.

Hello Georgios,

I know a lot of folks that have invested more than they can afford into this program. Personally I saw it as another 12Daily Pro. Research Mr. Bowdains record and he has been associated with such schemes as before. The promise of fast, simple, easy cash for little or no work should toss up a big warning flag. I have a lot of sympathy for those that placed all their eggs in this one basket.

All should do their own DUE Diligence when considering any business investment. The greatest losses for many came because of belief in a kind face, a kind word and the promise of Fast Cash. Why people fall for these over and over again is beyond me.

Tangible products, services and diligence in your efforts to build your personal database and consistent work ethic is the only path to success. The internet allows us to reduce our investments when compared to a brick and mortar business. However the success mechanisms remain the same.

Casting blame on our system of laws does nothing to abate what we all know is the right path. Bear in mind had there not been multiple complaints by customers and clients the Attorney General would never have been involved. Resultant seizures of property and funds is what you would expect if evidence of wrong doing was apparent if you were on the other end. I am sure there is more to this, but also realize our prisons are full of people swearing oaths that they are innocent. Only time will tell. We all know the wheels of justice works on its own schedule and a resolution of this travesty will not be quick.

HYIP's are for risk takers that can afford the losses that can and do happen. If you are upset because you lost a stream of income and was smart enough to recoup your principal then count your blessings, claim your windfall on your taxes and look for real business to invest time and effort into. If it sounds too good to be true and all the usual suspects are telling you this then just be aware and beware. Because it is probably too good to be true.

Thank you for the comment and your visit! I agree with you in all statements.
We live in a world where there aren't any ideals for making good to each other. Everyone works for his pocket and most of us dream to be rich as soon as possible.

The pyramidical games are hazard games and they serve the absolute top. People in many countries lost their properties because they did not understand the terms of joining.

As long as the courts work neutral and independent from the other authorities this kind of problems will be solved for or later.

My country is also full of economic scandals and many times with government acceptance.

I know also many good friends here in this community who invested more than one and two salaries in ASD. Today is an 8 8 8 day, a day related to love, pure mind and happiness. I wish all friends all the best.

Well, I must be here to upset the apple cart! LOL

ASD has been one of the best companies I have ever seen on the Internet, and I have been a member since 2006. Aside from a monumental software delay in early 2007, ASD has paid everytime on time without fail.

I have watched people who have never been successful at any Internet business absolutely excel in this business. And what is so ironical is the business model........if you don't show up for work, you don't get paid! I absolutely LOVE it....it not only helps people pay their bills, but it also teaches them responsibility.

What I think you may find quite interesting is that our wonderful government just decided it was time to freeze some funds - about 53 million worth! Now...there is no money and people are not being paid and it becomes a scam?????

What is even more interesting is this.........the official document states that the confiscation of real property and bank accounts falls under the catagory of MARITIME and ADMIRALTY LAW.

Yes, there are still people in America who think our constitution still exists and the government is above stealing money. What a sad state of affairs. LOL

So, there you have it! ASD is a gem! I invite everyone to say prayers for it's return.

Thank you for coming in and many thanks to your comment! It is good to have a positive comment for ASD too and that will calm down our friends who are in ASD.

It is awful when governments are involved in our business, the stock market, etc . I hope this will have a happy end for the members.

The authorities can make you up but they can aslo set you down. In 1999 our government gave directions to invest on stock market. It was said direct from the mouth of our Prime Minister. The whole country followed his recommendation. In few months the stock market collapsed and 90% lost a fortune and their properties changed owners.

Power is a dangerous tool and when distrustful people have that position many bad things happen.

I wish the best for my friends and all those who are involved.
