Hi European Adlanders! This something for all of you.

Here is the message from my friend and the Admin Jens,

A few weeks ago I was on the way to work. I live in Germany, I have a VW Passat and drive 50,000 KM per year, so I unfortunately have to visit the local Shell or Aral station quite frequently.

This morning I noticed they – AGAIN – had increased the price. Reaching 1.33 EUR / ltr diesel. The station manager told me increase of taxes, war in Iraq, local costs etc… were the reason – the same story we seem to hear every time the price on fuel go up.

Same day I saw in the newspaper that Shell had announced a major record breaking profit/loss result for 2007!!

I looked into other fuel companies, and all of them seem to make more profit than ever these years. And who is paying? I am – you are – WE are!! All the private and small companies, that don’t have any great discount rates and that, have to fight the fuel companies alone.

We simply don’t have a chance.

I picked up the phone, called a few friends, and the idea was born. Let us form a club of all fuel customers in the entire EU, and then we can start squeezing the big fuel companies. It is only fair we get some of that profit; prices are high enough as they are today. We want the prices reduced.

So, we launched the site, and have had many positive responses. We are confident it will be a great success for all us small consumers.

In the hope of everybody will support our club and make it successfull.

How It Works

This is how it works

1. We have formed a club, in which membership is absolutely FREE and with NO OBLIGATIONS. Our target is to get as many members as possible from EU in this club within short time.

2. As soon as we have enough members, we start – country by country – on behalf of all members, to negotiate discounts with one or two major fuel providers

3. You will then, as a member of Fuelclub.eu, be entitled to obtain this discount, by showing your Fuelclub.eu member card. We start distributing this card as soon as we have secured the first discount agreements.

4. You will get the entire discount negotiated by us on your monthly statement from the fuel company, or if you pay cash you will get it deducted immediately in the fuel station before you pay.

5. Fuelclub.eu will then get a small administration fee per litre FROM THE FUELCOMPANY, to cover the administration expenses, cost of cards etc, but it will be paid directly to us based only on number of litres bought from our members during a given month. You will not pay anything to Fuelclub.eu, and we will not take any cut out of your discount.

6. And then, the more members we get, we can improve the discounts year by year, as we expect these discount agreements to be re-negotiated every year. And we firmly believe that our members will be attractive to all the major fuel providers – they will be fighting to get the most of your trade.

7. All you need to do is to send the invitation to 5 friends or family, and then we are on the way to achieve, what we all dream of: DISCOUNT ON FUEL!!
