I just got this in an email and thought it would be good for the mountain of love. I hope you enjoy the story, it is a good lesson on love, and with Love being the answer, the only answer is love

A Lesson for a Lifetime

When I arrived at 6 a.m. in the large hospital kitchen, Rose was already checking name tags on the trays against the patient roster. Stainless steel shelves held rows of breakfast trays, which we would soon be serving.

"Hi, I'm Janet." I tried to sound cheerful, although I already knew Rose's reputation for being impossible to work with. "I'm scheduled to work with you this week."

Rose, a middle-aged woman with graying hair, stopped what she was doing and peered over her reading glasses. I could tell from her expression she wasn't pleased to see a student worker.

"What do you want me to do? Start the coffee?"

Rose sullenly nodded and went back to checking name tags.

I filled the 40-cup pot with cold water and began making the coffee when Rose gruffly snapped, "That's not the way to make coffee." She stepped in and took over.

"I was just doing it the way our supervisor showed us to do it," I said in astonishment.

"The patients like the coffee better the way I do it," she replied curtly.

Nothing I did pleased her. All morning, her eagle eyes missed nothing and her sharp words stung. She literally trailed me around the kitchen.

Later, after breakfast had been served and the dishes had been washed, I set up my share of trays for the next meal. Then I busied myself cleaning the sink. Certainly Rose couldn't criticize the way I did that.

When I turned around, there stood Rose, rearranging all of the trays I had just set up!

Totally exhausted, I trudged the six blocks home from the University of Minnesota Hospital late that June afternoon. As a third year university student working my way through school, I had never before encountered anyone like Rose.

Fighting back tears, I wrestled with my dilemma alone in my room. "Lord, what do you want me to do? I can't take much more of Rose."

I turned the possibilities over in my mind. Should I see if my supervisor would switch me to work with someone else? Scheduling was fairly flexible. On the other hand, I didn't want to be a quitter. I knew my older co-workers were watching to see if my actions matched my words.

The answer to my prayer caught me completely by surprise. I needed to love Rose.

Love her? No way! Tolerate, yes, but loving her was impossible.

"Lord, I can't love Rose. You'll have to do it through me."

Working with Rose the next morning, I ignored the barbs thrown in my direction and did things Rose's way as much as possible to avoid friction. As I worked, I silently began to surround Rose with a warm blanket of prayers. "Lord, help me love Rose. Lord, bless Rose."

Over the next few days, an amazing thing began to happen. As I prayed for this irritating woman, my focus shifted from what she was doing to me, and I started seeing Rose as the hurting person she was. The icy tension began to melt away.

Throughout the rest of the summer, we had numerous opportunities to work together. Each time, she seemed genuinely happy to see me. As I worked with this lonely woman, I listened to her, something no one else had done.

I learned that she was burdened by elderly parents who needed her care, her own health problems, and an alcoholic husband she was thinking of leaving.

The days slipped by quickly as I finished the last several weeks of my summer job. Leaves were starting to turn yellow and red, and there was a cool, crispness in the air. I soon would be returning as a full-time university student.

One day, while I was working alone in one of the hospital kitchens, Rose entered the room. Instead of her blue uniform, she was wearing street clothes.

I looked at her in surprise. "Aren't you working today?"

"I got me another job and won't be working here no more," she said as she walked over and gave me a quick hug. "I just came to say goodbye." Then she turned abruptly and walked out the door.

Although I never saw Rose again, I still remember her vividly. That summer, I learned a lesson I've never forgotten. The world is full of people like Rose: irritating, demanding, unlovable, yet hurting inside. I've found that love is the best way to turn an enemy into a friend.

Tonight's message from Ashtar included a special guest speaker: JFK. Because of the importance of his message for all of us at this time I am thrilled that my friend, Steve Beckow, was adept enough to carefully transcribe that portion of tonight's call. I commend it to your attention for whatever meaning it may have for you.

Something you'll read in his message has to do with the Kennedys, past, present and future and their continuing role. One hint is already out on the networks: Caroline Kennedy's appointment as Ambassador to the United Nations. And it is possible that Robert F Kennedy Jr may also be coming forward to serve in some capacity.

Ashtar's first statement was: NESARA is NOW! He surprised by then bringing up again 10/14 Decloaking predictions. As many of you know, we cautioned several times about NO DATES. As that date grew closer we heard Ashtar tell us that GF was considering that window of opportunity for an even larger series of decloakings of millions or trillions of ships all over the planet.

Because of intelligence that informed GF of cabal plans to take actions of destruction which could endanger citizens beneath the ships, that would have been used in bogus press releases through the controlled media of "Alien Invasion Attacks". Of course the attacks would have been by cabal specially configured craft with holographic projectors to simulate hostile craft.

For that reason, the main coordinates that had received publicity were changed, and the showing changed to just a few scattered craft at widely separated locations and times around the planet. The main point that Ashtar wanted to emphasize was that there was a positive consciousness surge that was far beyond what many had anticipated.

He also mentioned that as ascension progress is made EVENNESS of our balance will be required, and this was excellent training for coming tests. Balance vs Reaction. Kuthumi's exercises were cited as practice for progress towards balance. He suggested that we might revisit those if we are so inclined.

News is Great--Behind the scenes--All is well and proceeding according to the "sequential flow of events" that was set in 1980. Obama is setting up important movements involving both dark and light ones. The Dark's power has been cancelled or seriously curtailed, per Ashtar.

Big A=Ascension. Also, Big A=Age of Aquarius which we are now in.

Therefore, Ashtar said: "MISSION ACCOMPLISHED LIGHTWORKERS--- All of your telepathic and intuitive abilities are expanding exponentially!" In other events today, Keith Olbermann, Rachel Maddows, Randy Rhoades, Katrina van den Heuvel and others were said to be on a Princess Cruise talking about issues of sovereignty...and substitutes were taking their places on Air America Radio and MSNBC, etc. There is more to this 'cruise' than meets the eye and we smell a connection with preparation for NESARA.

November 18, 2008 Teleconference Summary

Ashtar started by reminding us that we have much to smile about in

the world, as we embark on the Golden Age.

He asked if we had noticed the nosedive in gasoline prices ...

He and Others have said Nesara is Now and many negotiations,

trainings and preparations are in the completion process at this time.

He spoke about 14 October - a date for a massive UFO sighting which

was given with the highest honor and integrity- yet didn't happen,

although many did see ships that day. If we were disappointed or

angry about the event not materializing, it's a great opportunity for us

to explore within ourselves our feelings, and do some uplifting and

conscious healing work so as not to be subject to ups and downs,

but rather to be able to maintain an evenness. It is highly important

to maintain an evenness.

The good news is that the Consciousness rose even higher.

He reminded us to continue to do our great work - mentioning Kuthumi's
exercise - and suggested we continue to raise the intensity of our inner
work, clearing our fields so we'll be more 'even' in our responses to the
news.

It was stated that those of us with telepathic capabilities could have
some fun with the news. Sit and watch but ask questions of your own

by tuning in to see what's really going on. Play a game with ourselves

and test our capabilities. If we tuned in, we would learn a lot more.

All is well. All is in Divine Order.

Obama is making choices that we may think are dark, but he is going
through the motions to get through all matters. We are not to worry
about Hillary - she's out of here. She won't play a role in matters of
relationships between USA and other countries.

Re the Bailout Bill: A while back a carrot was held out to see who was
clearly for or against the dark. Although those on the other side
don't encourage duality, we need to honor those who wore the dark

hats. None of them are delusionary or uninformed. They know what

they represented and it is not us! So they deserve a place of honor.

Their agenda is curtailed and cancelled in most places.

The only fear that has any validity is that which you manufacture
yourself. There are those allowing the EGO to take precedence over

the higher self.

Will the USA sink into the ocean? It happened in Atlantis and Lemuria.
Part of our genetics. So what am I to do except to go within - recognize
you have these programs - the whole male/female program. You have

all been here a number of times and there's a high percentage

that you chose some kind of drama to put you in the dumps, or had you

under the programming aided and abetted by our own egos. When

you are not in a body, it looks like a grand adventure. We all had

some good lifetime too - maybe born with a silver spoon in our mouths,

or as a celebrated healer. Perhaps you have lifetimes with soul family

and you get reunited with one of these members - some have

interactions with Twin Flames on the planet or those not here in body.

What a grand adventure that is.

We need to get high and rejoice for we have all done a fabulous job.

We All have the big 'A' lighting our path. 'A' for ASCENSION. You

can't take your stuff, your issues with you into Ascension. Another A,

the Age of Aquarius, has already started. Open your eyes and visualize

what we're talking about. You've heard, "We're the ones we have been

waiting for". Wake up - this is why you are here this time. Get high,

get happy, deal with your stuff.

We're on the Path to Ascension - let's all Beam Up!

Ashtar then asked us to paint a picture - to relax and breathe - and do
an Exercise of the Heart. No disrespect to the equine population.

Let Infinite Love in through the Crown chakra and flow down to the heart

hold your hands out and let the love flow through. Also bring the Love
up your legs to the heart. Flow that out the hands. Then to take
the hands of a family member, in the room or not. Just reach out and
touch their hands and circulate Love. Make a circle - come around -
fly into position - join with family - get the Love flowing. Focus upon
the great Golden light - a symbol - the energy of the Age of Aquarius -
the fulfillment of the Ascension preparation. Then we are going to
dance along the Ascension path. Prepare your feet for we are not

dancing on the ground - we are on an upward path.

If you are holding the hand with someone who is on a lower path,

help them up. Take the higher road, your guides and angels are with

you. Feel the whole ballroom full of Ashtar family and the fairies -

one could ride on your shoulders. Allow yourself to soar - listen for the

music - play music for yourself - get high on it. Start dancing - everyone

is on the same path now. Love them, lift them up, you are on a 'Beam

me up' path - it goes up, up, up to the Ascension portal - glowing,

beautiful, grand and gorgeous. The Gate is open for you, you feel the

joy and the bliss. There are reunions with your soul family. Pegasus

and unicorns are joyful at their greeting. The fairies are dancing and

the angels are singing. Ascended Masters bow to us in this grand

homecoming. All is Divine. All is Love and wondrous joy and

outpourings of greetings of all those who have gone before us.

The joy is infinite and forever. All along the way the path is strewn

with roses. Mother Mary is excited to see her children come home.

Look back, see the planet you left behind all shining and gleaming.

Before you left your Love and Light touched everything and restored

it to its former glory.

Dance the dance of Golden light. Keep the vision in your hearts

Beloved Ones, in your wisdom eye, and let it help you move along your

path. This is your Legacy, your Heritage, your Destination. We honor

you and Love you beyond words. Homecoming!

A few years ago this was considered impossible, but now you have

done it. You have literally beamed yourself up taking your bodies with

you and leaving such joy and healing along the way. You are honored

for all eternity. Mission Accomplished, Beloved Ones, Mission

accomplished!

Applause!!!!! Now we will get more demonstrative.
Ashtar then congratulated us for a job well done. He reiterated that we
had made a contribution not just to the world - below, beyond, above
Planet earth, but beyond Planet Earth as well.

Others planets are wanting to do what we have already achieved.

Some have sent ships in order to get up close and a personal look to

figure out how we are doing it, and some have sent taxis provided by

the Ashtar Command to observe. They have a lot to tell when they go

back to their planets and stars. Meanwhile we have helped blur the

third dimensional box. You know how some holograms have been

dimmed a bit, well, we did the same to the third dimensional box.

We are celebrating tonight and a lot more to come. We must use our
telepathic capabilities for the news - so much is happening behind the
scenes and we can delve into all of it.

He mentioned the guest speaker (JFK) and said most all of us on the call
had been around in his lifetime. He was in constant physical pain but
he hid that not out of pride but because he took his responsibility
seriously. If we thought that the vision we shared in this gathering was

exquisite, we should have seen the world as he envisioned it coming to

be. He recognised that many steps had to be taken to bring that about,

but the world was not ready. Harmonic Convergence had not yet

happened. But seeds were planted. Remember the Flower Children!

Hearts expanded with them. No matter what age you were or not yet

born. He is one with you and us and in Spirit.

JFK enters ..

Greetings my fellow citizens of the world. I am so grateful to you for
your most generous invitation. I am the one you call JFK. I thank you
for being holders of the light, carriers of faith for a better tomorrow.

You have asked what you can do for the world and we, those of us on

the other side - my brother, son and beloved family members - join

together now in welcoming you as you welcome us as your family of

Light. There are no accidents. The flame that was lit on my grave

where my body is buried was simply a reminder to all that the flame

of freedom can never die. It has been dimmed at various times or at

times not been there at all - we know these things - I too lived lifetimes

on Planet Earth.

And let's say my ideals and principles upon which I . Well, I have a
strong heritage for that. I have Soul Memory mixed into my Being
the one you call Arthur.

Thus it is easy for me to adopt the principles upon which he stood -

he was no mythical legend - he lives on, so do I.
There are no accidents - the whole Camelot was brought forward again.
The principles and ideals were so much a part of the time in history you
call the 60's.

It was indeed the dawn of the Age of Aquarius. The seeds were planted

by everyone who answered the wake up call as much by the flower

children, as by everyone. I endeavored to move things ahead of time

and bring about sweeping changes in the USA - changes that would

impact the world. It was a bit early in the sequential flow of events and

so my greatest service then became one of being a martyr. By contract,

I ignored information given and went to Dallas knowing I had a meeting

with my own destiny and with the world. People had to be awake,

more aware, had to come to Consciousness of what was going on

behind closed doors.

We had to go in another direction. We had to not be subject to
tyranny. We are here to live liberty, enjoy and express what we have
the passion to accomplish. I allowed myself to be take from the stage.

11/22 is a chosen date. Flashback to the FED creation: it is a sacred
number to the dark. Now it is a date of celebration, of reunion, of
destination. Allow yourself to open your hearts, and salute those
who had not yet been born for coming into this world.

The commitment to service is now expressed by the Kennedys

remaining. I am with them constantly. We are soul family, in body

or not, and together will be leaders in light and love, and light up your

path to Ascension.

You suffered through a grand ignorance and now is the time for this ignoble behavior to end. The new caretaker regimes need to tell you immediately the truth of what has happened just since the start of your last economic depression. The follies the US government and the utter hell instituted by Nazi Germany and her minions need to see the light of day. A great scheme born partly in the depression and aided after World War II by the Nazi conspiracy is a tale needing telling. This conspiracy murdered a US President, misused the US government as its staking horse and contributed massively to the current economic mess. Along the way, they instituted the UFO cover up and a tale of corruption that seems almost too incredible to be true. Our Earth allies await the time when these international criminals can gain their just desserts.

      This process of change is also under the auspices of Heaven. The decrees of Lord Surea made it quite clear that what we are doing is executing the divine plan for your world. This plan explains clearly that Earth's humanity is to be made ready for a return to full consciousness. This plan states to us that our divine intervention has a purpose. We are to ensure that this occurs in a timely manner and that our fleet uses its resources to move your society firmly into the Light. Our on ground personnel are closely watching how you react to what is happening on your world. The present economic catastrophe is not meant to last much longer. The abundance programs are ready to be distributed and the gold and silver for backing the new currencies are already in place. What remains are the final maneuvers to be in position to oust legally the last remnants of the dark cabal. Our Earth allies are presently undertaking these last measures.

Most of your day is engrossed in your life's joy as well as the joy of friends and your large podlet family. This lifestyle is based upon abundance and the interlinking of family and interaction with the society at large. You are known for who you are and you are eager to contribute your talents to the world at large. These contributions are honored and you are a respected member of this star nation. Choosing Our World despite "The Powers That Be" and Fear for our Future

Hello dear One

I invite you to join me in the most empowering, invigorating, loving experience we have entered into to date: How to choose the world of our dreams, despite 'The Powers That Be'.

As I was preparing myself to share this truly powerful and loving experience with you I took a walk down on our golden beach. The light seemed to be even brighter than usual, even in this our November time.

And as I thrilled and pirouetted in absolute joy I heard my Soul say, "We are dreaming a new world into existence." And as if to echo my soul's rejoicing a beautiful rainbow appeared washing the sands and me in rainbow light. John saw it too from our home and took this photo of it! You can actually see the colours reflected on the wet sand!
