Come Vote for the Best Forum Award Oct: 2007

To inspire and reward !

Hi friends,

Voting for the 'Best Forum October 2007' begins now, and ends on October 21st, we have an awesome line up of 8 nominees, and a cash prize of $200/- to be won !! Voting will help us to narrow down to the 5 best forums we are looking for this month.

Winners of each months award can look forward to the 'Best Forum of the Year Award' with a grand prize of $1000/-!!!!!

Bogdan says:

"The BFA role is to inspire and reward members who bring quality, consistency and professionalism to this community. "

"Today we have also brought under discussion one additional criteria which would be based on voting.
Initial name for this criteria would be "Top Voted Forum" and would be receiving from 1 to 5 points where top voted forum would receive 5 points, the second 4 and so on. This way members who have lots of friends and create lots of discussions get rewarded for bringing visitors to our site."

This new criteria would have 16% influence on the final mark.

you are doing a great job letting everyone know about the BFA, I believe that if every nominee, and those who nominated a forum tell their best friends that they have been nominated, I believe we should get a good turnout, I also believe we are going to cross 100 votes this time !!!!!! I'm sorry that I have not been in many forums lately. I have been quite busy lately. Cleaning my toes, scooping wax out of my ears, a lot of time consuming tasks. I did vote however. I would stay and talk, but I have to Superglue my teeth.

Dear Pauline and friends!

It is nice to announce here that you and I had a long and very friendly discussion today morning about our yesterday differences on BFA. This discussion covered all areas and all wonderings, directions and differences, both yours and mine, ended. We both together, as special friends we are, we had to give a solution and sovation to any difference through a discussion to our common problems in a very polite and very positive direction.

My forum will soon be active again and there will be updates to satisfy all members (here and there).

Georgios, it is good to see you here and supporting the BFA, a definately positive step in the right direction.

I am glad we had our marathon talk, it was needed, and indeed we were very forthright with each other...and the outcome has been positive. I pray we are able to stay this way for as long as possible.

My vote is in, but I actually feel a little bad about voting on forums that I have not been following! Had I not been invited and given the link to come here I wouldn't have even known about this taking place and would have been left out!

My thinking is that there may be many who do not vote who would if they knew about this!

I only apologize that the vote I cast may have been different if I had been following all the forums so I would have been more informed. I don't know how many others are in the same boat as myself, but that as well as the fact that many others might would have voted who didn't if word had got to them makes me feel that anyone who is in the running should not feel bad if they don't win because things might have turned our differently IF........!
