Pat, I like the cat one the best, but you know we have include those dear little mutes too.. lol I love them all.

I don't know when I have seen so much excitement for an election, and rightly so, with the way the world is we need so much change. The first change should be to love each other, more then ever before, because Love is The only Answer.

There is going to be so many changes coming to us all. Wonderful things, so just love each other more and more each day, lets get this planet rocketing with LOVE. Hold on to your hats because it is going to be great ride.

Sure Pat, I'll go for the cat too, it's beautiful. But how about the Dog's own? I'm told that's the hottest sort-after pet for the 1st family. No button yet?

You have vividly captured the central bud of the American dream! Unfortunately, I am not given to politics and whenever I see one I tried to go under except jus a couple of interjections. I did read all sort of negative things about the president-elect in the media especially in the internet including our community here that set me thinking if USA is really what it is profess to the larger world. But now I know better and I am relieved that most of those derogatory insinuations were being conjured to smear and bring down Obama by the supposed influential minority. Now the people have spoken and this singular act has change the world's political perception forever.

That's great and exciting you know! I see so many Americans in the news paying glowing tribute to the president elect, even some of his political detractors. Who said success is not sweet!!

forgive me for attending to your post this late, I hope you also agree that "it's better late than not at all". Thanks a lot for joining us in this thread.

I quite understand what you mean about politicians. I am in that part of the world that lies and unfulfilled promises are the politcian's stock in trade. We have not yet record a truly reliable and perfect leader and so it is difficult to trust an of them.

However, the case of Obama is probably less of the political angle than history which is why the whole world in excitedly intereted even when most of us have little or nothing to gain from the man.

Obama has been preaching change to every American and infact, the whole world so we want to see what he can do now that the euphoria of his election is gradually dying down. Let's hope for the best.

I wish to apologize for my less participation in this thread, I have been quite busy with my job recently.

Thanks to Marilyn for taking full control of the activities here, I am proud of your mature handling of your response to our teaming participants.

A very special one to our friend Trina, I like your candid opinion concerning Marilyn's topic. In as much as I agree to your take that It really doesn't matter what a woman wears, men are going to look at her just the same. If she has nice hair, a swing to her walk, or a pretty face, men are going to make comments or whistle at her.

This very true but I still believe that there will be a drastic reduction in women harrasement by men if some women expose less of their bare body. On the issue of men exposing themselves so easily, again I think it is not very decent but maybe, just maybe men believe they cannot be harrassed by their female counterparts. Some people are talking of the man's world......, well you know what I mean!

In all, I believe you have profer the right solution and it is the bottomline:
Men need to be respectful of women. Prostitution exists because of men. If they weren't buying, the women wouldn't be selling.

Have a worthy day and thanks for all your responses, I have learnt quite a lot.
