Also, I am glad you are interested to practice this regime of & for a healthy life.

ALL THE NATURE HAS IT`S CYCLES, SO OUR BODIES HAVE THEM ALSO.

THIS DIET WAS DESIGNED ON BEHAL OF PAYING ATTENTION ON SO CALLED THE KREBS CYCLES, AND THE SCHEDULE OF THOSE CYCLES ARE EXPOSED EACH DAY AT THEIR HOURS, AS I ALREADY HAVE POSTED.

WHAT IS THE KREBS CYCLE?

I`ll try to explain to be understudy for a layman.

The Krebs cycle is the final common pathway for the oxidation of food molecules such as sugars and fatty acids. This set of biochemical reactions occur in the mitochondria. It is part of the process used by cells to convert foodstuffs, such as carbohydrates, into usable energy. The cycle was named for Sir Hans Adolf Krebs who first explained its operation in 1936. The Krebs cycle has a key role in the metabolism of humans and animals.

So Peter and friends, IF WE LET THIS CYCLE TO WORK WITHOUT ADDING FOOD OR WATER when it occurs, IT WILL ENABLE our tiny energy factories, our mitochondria to chose what is useful for our body and what may be sent out.

Still you are too young to be able to understand the power of believability in whatever ... also in money.

I have had a lot of patients who praised me as a Doc ONLY if I prescribed them EXPENSIVE medications!!! Only those medications worked for them! Or better to say, their faith in money they spent for them, worked silently but powerful.

Nothing bad in that. Some of us just have to walk all around the cycle to find the center.

Still medications are best and faster solutions for a lot of illnesses.

But illnesses are consequents. Being overweight usually is just substitution for being loved and happy. And for the first, for one to be loved by himself/herself. Taking care off natural cycles, is the first step to retrieve forgotten love for ourselves.

I forgot to post one great recipe for tea, that will help also anyone, and will substitute a lot of medications, and for the first : will cease and eliminate cholesterol and lipids, to clean veins and to provide an optimal quantity of energy during day/ Who drinks it each day, looks and feels as 20 years younger. This recipe also has been tested by many and I enjoy it every day:

- 1 soup spoon of cinnamon

- 4 soup spoons of honey

- 3 tea cups of cold water

Mix all when is cold, and cook until start boiling. Drink 1 cup before: breakfast, dinner and supper. People suffering due Diabetes may also drink, and sugar will be lower. Here is not necessary to underline how harmful are remedies for cholesterol and lipids eliminating. Try this and make analyzes after one month. YOU WILL BE PLEASANTLY SURPRISED.

Now Doc must go to earn something :)

Psychiatry is not too close to Immunology, but of course, as a student, I have learned enough to may consider myself as enough competent to administrate this forum!

What give me the biggest comfort to take this hard job, with this new format and additional content of this forum, is a fact that no one, until now, didn`t try to insure us "I AM NOT!"

Psychiatric patients start any needed war, trying to defend their mental health. With those, laughing and speaking free about their own insanity, I feel free to laugh together.

Since I'm the only sane person in this forum I can tell you from a logical point of view that every lunatic in an insane asylum thinks he's capable of running the world let alone administrating a forum. That's a piece of cake for him/her.

Here we have people thanking others for bringing man eating sharks. We also have those that look in the closet for people to shake. A "poor" kid that has both of the above as family. What's to become of this kid??? I'm all for sending him back to Portugal and confronting the bulls; all in all a safer environment then this thread. I think??!!??

Geketa, forgive me, I didn't realize how bad the situation has become and I see that you've caught the insanity bug almost immediately. I didn't realize it caught on so fast. What's to become of your family and kids???

Yes it is I woke up and that is always a great sign I am still alive. I am glad everyone likes the sign for the thread.

Lilly in my insanity I forgot to tell you that I did start the diet and I have lost 1.5 pounds in kilos I think that is about 1/2 my metrics are much like yours and Branka's English lacking in translation. :)

Peter, I forgive you its the least I can do after all it was you that showed me this forum . What a nice friend you are .:)

My family and the kids all know full well their momma is insane they tell me this all the time. Mom are you nuts you want me to clean my room ? Mom are you nuts you want me to eat my vegetables? Not so much in words but they do this by the way they look at me when I tell them to do these things. It is poor luka we should be concerned about he has two insane people in his family.

I love being insane I am in good company here besides there is no cure for the insanity bug once you got it .. the little voices in my head told me so (rofl)

Some may lose mind, some weight, and for the sure I will lose my work place! A very first minute of this work day, I have been called over a mutual (not direct) telephone. Person at another side of wire, have giggled and howled, and of all words I could understood "Peter" .

A-HA ! Peter !!!!! Logged in.

Next two hours, all around me (my colleagues and technicians) who know anything in English .... giggled as really insane, and those who don`t understand, have giggled at them.

At last, my director, Doctor of Medical Science and Professor at our University, called me to check ( yes, sanity of all of us). Couldn`t help myself - have had to show him what has caused this insane situation.

Fortunately, Peter - at the beginning of his post, has declared himself as only one sane .... and that helped me a lot.

All wished to sign up immediately. I lied ... telling them how expensive it is.

Must go now and will be back. Have to heal my stomak and to put my lips in the gypsum.

Geketa my friend, I certainly hope your form if insanity isn't hereditary and your children are safe. So far according to their reactions they are still quite normal.

Your kids are 100% correct!!! It is totally insane to expect them to eat their vegetables and clean their rooms. You probably have the chutzpah to ask them to mow the lawn, take out the trash, rake leaves and other jobs that YOU should do. How right they are. Poor kids with your insane demands.

Don't you worry about Luka he can always go back to Portugal and then his 2 family members can wallow in their insanity and let Luka flourish with the chicks on the beach and fight the bulls. That's also a bit insane but he's young and he'll grow out of it.

Lilly, interesting place you work at. I sincerely hope and pray that you don't take care of patients too acting the way you all do there. As an Immunologist I hope your patients if you still have any are immune to insanity. Imagine the chain reaction if they aren't??!!

Now one thing I didn't understand as sane as I am. What exactly do you mean by "put my lips in the gypsum"????? Definition: White Mineral - a white or colorless mineral consisting of hydrated calcium sulfate. Use: cement, plaster, fertilizers. Are you trying to glue or paste your mouth shut???

Yesterday I promised my family I`ll never log in as early as I use to, but simply cann`t keep my promise. I am an early waking up bird, and enjoying my first coffee at balcony ... I must see what`s new here.

How can any one sustain sanity reading your posts? I walk alone along streets, putting a huge efforts not to giggle ... It is enough cold here to wear a jacket on ... but a straitjacket :( ...

Lilly had a big fiesta last night and surely went to bed 2-3 hours ago. Her nephew has also some late nightly events ... so, they are in their happy dreams.

Yesterday Lilly had to immobilize her lips by gypsum, and to turn her ears at their place. It was a crazy house there, and all, including patients, were giggling the whole day. I cann`t imagine better therapy. One day you`ll become a Honorary Citizen here for doing that. Lilly already is a favorite Doc for always making fun and patients really admire her.

So, as Geketa said, this forum became a great place to visit. Risk is very big .... but there`s no profit without risk.

Thank you Geketa and Peter. As Babic junior said, really we can write EUREKA beside your names.

Hi Lilly and All,

Today I'm not gonna try and be witty or funny even though I know Branka will find something to giggle about here too.

Some time last week I asked a question about the times after our daylight savings ended (last Saturday).

From Branksa's giggling answer I understood that I/we have to subtract one hour from the list and carry on as usual. That's what I did and so far I am still losing weight but slower then at first.

Here's my dilemma. I gave my daughter the "diet" and I'm not sure if she has to subtract an hour too or not. She's starting after the daylight savings change so at the risk of looking verrrrrrrrrrrry stupid WHAT DO I TELL HER.

Unlock your lips Lilly and help me out here; please.

You started this diet before the time was changed, so Branka told you right.

For your daughter, who started after time change, she doesn`t need to subtract this one hour, but also will not add one hour at another change.

ANYONE HAVE TO FOLLOW SCHEDULE AS HAVE STARTED!

I hope you can understand me.

Related to this stagnation of losing weight.

It will some days stay as it is, but try to pay attention on losing cm !

Branka will forgive me for giving her example, but it simply fits so good.

For first 8 days she lost 4 kg, then 18 days stagnated in kg, but has lost (during those 18 days) in : shoulders (3 cm), whist (6 cm) and hypes (4 cm). After those 18 days, in next 7 days she lost again 4 kg ( 33 days = 8 kg) . Next 2 months she lost at all 4 kg more, but a lot of cm!

Before the diet she didn`t feel a big comfort in European size of confection 44 , and now she is a butterfly wearing size 38 easily !!!

An explanation is : losing fatigue, our muscles rebuild their healthy structure, and weight of muscles is over the weight of fatigue. Because of that, we experience losing more cm than kg.

Hope this is understudy.

Don`t give up! Look with joy in days ahead and you will see!

When I finished my past post, I went to shopping, and walking ... I have realized that I have puzzled you. I really apologize.

I may guess how big meshuganeh story you will make from this ... but honestly, last night I was at one incredible good party ... and drinking so very seldom in my life ... every 5-6 years so little of vine .... Last night I was a sad victim of this bad habit to drink seldom so very little ... So, today my head has 1 t weight, and if you only could asked me anything from Medicine :( ... in it I cann`t fail even being death ... But in English words related to Mathematics ... You know that doctors do not learn Maths after finishing High school :) ...

So, yes - you have to subtract 1 hour now and your daughter should have to subtract it at another time change.

I HOPE MY APOLOGY WILL BE ACCEPTED, WITH OR WITHOUT GIGGLE !

Honestly, first I didn`t know the meaning of word "meshuganeh" , but have realized today that, just after a few days, this word became rooted at the Open Market Center, where Svetlana (my wife) and I work. It is a place with about 1400 selling places and here work people from whole city. So, in next few days, it would be just domestic word. In Serbia and Belgrade live a lot of Jewish people and I am wondering a lot how this word already wasn`t known here.

Lilly, you are so right for Geketa and Peter. For all of you. When I speak to my friends about this forum, they also want to sign up. And if they do ... world will think that there`s more Serbs than Chinese ... LOL, I also told this is too expensive :) ...

Peter Fogel and Geketa Holman will join Joe Downing in popularity in Serbia. Before I came to Adland I have heard of him, but didn`t figure out at the first moments. I hope Branka will not kill me, but there`s a quote which always repeat instead of long explanation, and mostly when something has to be done at any cost, unconditionally : "You already know; just - Joe Downing". That means : AT ANY COST!

LOL! I do not know how/why this quote was originated... and Branka was just giggling, without intention to explain me, But I am one of 350.000 inhabitants of New Belgrade, and without knowing Branka, Adland, Joe .... I knew this name as a symbol of something greatly important.

Was it enough about your popularity at never seen places?

Hi Lilly,

Makes more sense now but there are still some questions. They might be humorous ones but questions never the less.

My daughter Yifat and I live around 15 minutes away from each other but as far as our diets are concerned we're in different time zones. :) How do our bodies know the difference?? Stupid question isn't it but I have no fear asking when the "Doc" in this case is a wino and addicted to gypsum.

You are forgiven and with many smiles picturing wandering around with a head that weighs a ton. Funny sight I'm sure. :)

This time I am not gonna to offer you a response instead of Doc, because I have experienced my responses are not too much appreciated :) ... But you are so right, each fish stings from the head ... so, it`s her part do answer the questions.

About Joe Downing`s popularity among the Serbs.

Well, Luka Babic and his chicken legs, are pretty deserved for that.

My gang here counts over 50 very close and amazing persons. No one normal and alive man/woman can work so hard as I use to, and however I may love all of them, to host 50 persons each week/or being hosted by any of them, is simply too much.

Last year, when I came to Adland for the first time, and fortunately met Joe Downing, I was just a person in absence for my alive gang. All this occurred when my only sister perished ... While I was logged in Adland (read: 24/7), Luka responded to all telephone calls. Each of my friends just wished to comfort me ... but Luka`s answer was always the same : "She cann`t!!! And yes, you already know - just, Joe Downing".

Some of those "Branka`s 50`s" are alive legends here ... and it was so easy to spread a good word about my dearest friend Joe ... even though the words about him were always in humorous context.

Man never know how will become a subject of any legend world wide. The Serbs are very interesting nation. Our history is not at it`s place, neither our future is. Our present time is mostly of a narrative nature ... and sometimes I would like to say : being Serb means being a narrative :) ...

I imagine, Lilly will find your question instead of any other delicious stuff for this Sunday .

Hey Branka,

You misunderstood I guess. Probably didn't explain my self properly. Your previous answer to my first question was much appreciated but the question arose again when I gave my daughter the diet and didn't know what to tell her in regard to the hours. And as you can see with my last post I still have questions.

So I guess we can now give Luka a new nickname!! :Luka the Legend Maker". :) By the time he'll be 21 he'll be a legend in his own right.

Since my last post I've been doing some research in the online psychiatric and psychological libraries and much to my dismay I found the complex you are suffering from. My understankdng is that it's quite a serious condition and needs special care.

"Whoisia lookingum overia mia sholderum" (latin).

You are so fortunate that you are working in a hospital environment and can easily find the proper treatment there in a very discreet manner. My understanding is that if the condition is not very advanced they might possibly allow you to carry on with your work under supervision of course.

MESHUGANEH GANG - YOU HAVE BEEN TERRIBLY MISSED THOSE FEW DAYS!

I see it`s my turn to start asking :) ...

I phoned our Doc in the afternoon, and found her at 2-days business trip. Enough time to study this case and to ask all what`s not too clear.

Branka is again enslaved with her clients and her cellular is of.

Luka is shaking his own head, thinking what to cook. I wished to give him a few recipes ... but this boy wasn`t taught to cook based on recipes. I was rolling on the floor when he explained me how his mother and he cook ... OMG!!!! That must be patented! That must be seen and heard. I don`t know how they can do anything from laughter? This two meshuganehs must be cloned!

Well, I already was invited to a enjoy a supper with them. But didn`t have any idea how it may look like. Don`t like to offend my dear friends, but for the first time I will leave my family at home. And, as a true knight, will take all my courageous to make a visit.

If you see me another day here .... it`s better to not read my post .... Or, I`ll take Geketa`s warning at the beginning of each new sentence!

I'm so sorry to disappoint you but amongst my faults (yes, even I have some) jealousy is not one of them. I have this crazy attribute that I'm actually happy for people when they succeed, find happiness ..........and finally find people to shake (for whatever meshugneh reason).

Thanks for the shakes but now I have another question for you. As a Doc you should have the answer. Can women get a hernia??? Why am I asking this strange question??? Very simple. You wrote that you'll shake me just as you do your "little Joe" and there is no danger there. I on the other hand am not so little (why do you think I started the diet??? :) ) and if women can get hernia's you are definitely in danger now. You might be better off wrestling with the bears in the mountains you love to walk in. So, after your strenuous work out you'd do well to get an intensive check up. Better to catch it in it's infant stages before it blows up into a double hernia.

Branka, I am here and watching, reading and amongst other things appreciating all your posts. It is indeed a shame that not more Americans are aware that what happens in the USA does indeed affect the whole world. Just look at the International Markets now all collapsing and banks in many countries are also closing down now cos of the crisis in the USA. Imagine how much worse it eventually will be if Hussein Obama wins the elections.

Hello Lilly, Branka and our dearest friends...

I can't turn my back for a few days and you guys are all hugging, laughing, sending smoke signals from the kitchen, shaking... did I say hugging? LOL!!!

Lilly, shake all you want! I actually feel like I am getting lighter by the hour now. I haven't weighed this week, but I can assure you that my clothes are suddenly beginning to need the touch of a seamstress. But, I'll wait a bit longer...

This cycle is so easy to follow. I made a little business card to carry in my wallet for I am so busy and tried like Branka to put in my cell calendar, but I usually do not hear the alarm. Hahhahahha... But, since my wallet is always asleep, I posted a larger version in front of my work desk, and the wall here, and .... hahahah. But, a good thing is happening... I'm beginning to remember the times!

It seems my questions closed this forum down. Can that be???? Or is it simply that Lilly answered my question about woman getting hernia's and she is laid up after the serious shakedown she gave me last week? If that's the case please take care doc and get well soon. You are missed.

Have many more questions but won't ask until I see a concrete sign of life here. It's no fun writing to my self. It's too close to talking to yourself and that's a sign for sure that the insanity is catching and spreading. I refuse to be a part of that meshugaas. :)

Belgrade still sustains a spirit of the province. Sometimes it is not too sweet, but also it can be charming. When Joe`s popularity is in the question - ah, doesn`t he deserve to be heard for him? At last, we can write his name easily as Џо Даунинг. Мешуганехс (meshuganehs) are also so very close to our national spirit. Aren`t we all just meshuganehs?

In Serbian tradition God Father gives name to a child. So, we can consider this, as Joe would like to say, frisky Peter, as our national God Father :) ...

All this has no a closely connection with our diet, but ... who knows. At last, all what is, at the right moment, becomes a subject of testing it`s good taste :) ...

I try and keep my meshugeneh friends here on the right track but to no avail. They will not behave!!!! What to do?

Not many choices here. You either accept them for what they are or reject them. If you dare reject them I'll have to use my secret weapon (T- AnaMaria) and you'll be counting your days from now on. Meshugenehs can't stand rejection. So once again Vlad be warned!!! And don't forget as the T - Senior I also have a few T's in your neighborhood. So beware and be aware. Once a meshugeneh always a meshugeneh.

I started this "diet" on the day you posted it and I must say to my great surprise it works!!

I haven't changed my eating habits (not the best in the world) just no food or drinks during the Krebs Cycles. Lost over a over a kilo in a few days.

Gotta admit I'm impressed cos it's so easy. :)

A few min ago finished Madonna`s concert here at Budva, and I feel like drunk ... but news from you helps me to clear mind and heal ears :) ...

Did you realize a bigger diureza/ throwing an urin out? Usually people lose about 7 kg a month, but more kg overweight .... more will lose.

Hello Lilly!

I guess Peter and I started this diet the same day because we both have seen results enough to make us go Wow! I must add that I started the diet with great expectations.

I've lost 4 lbs (1.8 kgs). The most interesting thing that I have noticed is after the second day, I began to feel full all the time and thus I have actually eaten less carlories than before. My hunger has seemed to subside.

I'll report back after any significant changes.

Weight Loss Plan

A man calls a company and orders their 5-day, 10 lb. weight loss program.

Hello Lilly and the best bunch of folks in the entire world!!!!

HUG!

It has been a month since I began this miraculous "diet". LOL!!! I would like to post the results that I have had.

I have now lost about 10 lbs (4.5kg). Even though that is not as much as you suggested Lilly, I have noticed a significant decrease in my waistline especially.

One thing that I noticed after following this "diet", in just a few short days my energy levels were raised. I had some strong cries for hunger and/or thirst during certain cycle times, but they were easily defeated. My body suddenly needed a little bit more sleep than I have been giving it. LOL! OH... and I have been on a higher level of happiness! From the mouth of my wife, "You haven't been real moody this election" HAHAHA!

Just a note with some scientific observations: the weight loss may not be an accurate report for this diet because I have walked more and exercised more during this period and may have added some weight in muscle. The noticed loosening of my clothes has been most noticeable this past week. I wish now that I would have measured so that I could give you those changes.

I will continue with this easy diet and let you know the results of which I hope will be bragging very soon! LOL!!!

My hugs are getting smaller, so I'll have to send them out more often!

Hi My friends,

I too have some great news. I have lost 10 pounds since starting this diet. I find I am not hungry and have not changed my eating habits except to do what the diet says by eating and not eating at the appropriate times. I actually did not believe it would work .. so please forgive me.

I do feel better and have a lot more energy. The one reason why I tried it was because it said you would have more energy. I have been very fatigued as of late for unknown reasons.

I am scared how my introduction in topic can be longer than a full story. But ... I cann`t help myself for having to type that much .... but also cann`t help you, for needed efforts to understand what I meant.

My 30 years of life I lived in Socialistic Federative Republic of Yugoslavia. I was the youngster member of Communist Party in my region EVER. When I was 15 years old, I became proposed member of that Party. That was a big honor .... but much bigger courageous was needed to don`t accept to be such honored :) . In my nineteenth they approved me to gave up ... because I was too poetic (read: to naive and too honest). I was an atheist. Loved and knew by heart Friedrich Nietzsche, Kierkegaard-Schopenhauer-Kant-Fichte-Shelling-Hegel-Ernst Bloch-Sartre. Was very advanced in all matters, and my region was very proud of me.

Being imprisoned in my 30th, without ANY CHANCE to prove my innocence, I have called up Nobody (nichil) to help me - but found God ... Never stop thanking Him for the rescue and mercy. I found God - but was too scared, too primitive and suffered a lot due luck of getting to know even a tradition ... My first days of having the faith in God, were a kind of a puritanical terror against myself. Starting to read spiritual books (from my Orthodox Christian Church) I really became too close to really lose my mind. Fortunately, I found Joseph Murphy`s "The Power of Subconscience". Great! I became a normal again, and this great metaphysician helped me to start thinking, and to be able to understand.

My own changes went parallel with the changes at the society.

First, to say attempt, to have democratic elections, resulted with bloody civil war.

I came to Serbia at the middle of 1991. From then to now ... there were a countless elections. Each year - one or two ... And political scene looks like

THE LANDFILL WITH HAZARDOUS WASTE :(

Mornings, noons, evenings, days, months, years ... those stubborn fighters for their piece of cake in the governmental structures ... didn`t chose weapons. As my own defense, I just cherished my wish to be stopped by any journalist at the street, and to be asked for my opinion ... I wished just to say how I cann`t be more terrified with that LANDFILL WITH THE HAZARDOUS WASTE OF OUR POLITICAL SCENE ...

This wish was cherished 11 full years .... my wish to speak of LANDFILL WITH THE HAZARDOUS WASTE ...

In 2002 I have had an apartment near one big building. Some company built something ... stopped... continued .... stopped .... and our environment was unpleasant to see for a log time .

It was a Holiday of Labor, May the first. I always wake up very early and that holiday morning found myself as a lonely walker at the street. After a long walk, coming near my apartment, one young gentleman asked me if I can dedicate him a little time.

"I am a journalist from Radio Belgrade 92. Would you be so kind to discuss with me, just in a few words, about THAT LANDFILL WITH, SOME PEOPLE SAY, HAZARDOUS WASTE .... "

I felt DUMB ! And really figured out THAT SUBCONSCIENCE DOESN`T KNOW FOR HUMOROUS! My many time repeated wish was fulfilled - but at the wrong place.

Today I started this gathering of laughing terrorists here, and wished to propose you to be the founders of "The Krebs Cycles & Terrorism of The Laughter and Good Will " but at the moment was reminded of that my experience, without a courageous to test the subconscience, how will manifest terrorism and laughter and a good will together.

I find your past and how it affected you very interesting. I've actually been thinking of writing to you about it but today is for much more serious matters.

I accept the challenge but as the oldest of the founding members I insist on a name change. Not a serious one but one that shows the true essence of this incredible group of founders. [Should minimum age requirement be 21??? We don't want to be blamed for the corruption of minors!!! :) ]

Ok, I'm ready. YES, I PLAY CHESS. Details??? Started playing with my father when I was around 8 or 9 and his greatest happiness was when i started beating him for real and not him letting me win. For many years I stopped playing and started again around 10 years ago and enjoy a good game once or twice a month with friends. But, over the years I found that life is a sort of chess game so I never really stopped playing.

Hello all ,

OK .. this is getting out of hand and the laughter is spreading like a virus. I had my poor family laughing while reading through the thread. They have always thought that I was just a bit touched in the head and now they know it's all true and now that I have found playmates I might be lost forever.

My youngest son is thinking about moving to the woods to be able to get some sleep as the laughter has not stopped since I became a part of this asylum.

My son David made mention that there could be a form of communication break down. We still want to know why someone would stick their lips to gypsum? What does Acorn (a group in the us that has questionable ties with Obama and voter fraud) have to do with black humor and how laughter could be use as an act of terrorist? Dose it cause one to die laughing? The more we read the more we have questions? Do you think the forum police will come an ask us to cease and deist ? Can this go global?

... and now back to why I've been here from the first place :-)

I've read about Branka's Political Career, yesterday night but wasn't allowed to stay longer to post! ... so, today my intention was to come and do my post but with all the other things you've already posted ....

Reading your post, lead me back to my "political" life - which was so very short :-)
There are two things that reading your post came to my mind:

first - MY first voting, when I turned 18! - I was so proud and penetrated by the importance of the event! I realized what a fake it was when going into the voting cabin, I found only one name on the "list"?!

It was like the riddle:

At first I was astonished and than I started to question and the quick answers I've got were:
SHUT UP AND DON'T ASK! OR AT LEAST TALK WITH A LOW VOICE?!

Than, I realized how STUPID I WAS!
(hope past tense is the correct tense here?!)

second: the moment I was asked IF I want to join the PARTY (Communist Party as there was none other) This is something I will tell you a much detailed story!

I was "invited" and asked about this "eagerly dream" of mine, much later than you, in DECEMBER 1989, I was 29 than (what an age?!!!)! Coming from an improper family (and as so not having the best education) for a member, it took them more to decide and invite me to join!

- For the ones who don't know, I'll tell that in order to become a member of the Communist Party, one must have been a row model for the society, meaning: origin (working class parents and as poor grandparents as possible; as my grandparents had some land - about 10 ha - before the communist regime, they were considered wealthy, even if they were the ones working their land ...), education - the less possible - and lots of others which I won't bore you now with!-

One December day, quite sunny as I can recall, a friend of mine (who's dad was classified as a political prisoner, much worse than me) and me were invited to the Party's Office in the plant we were working and they've told us that they were watching us and the progresses we made and decided we were ready to step into the party! ... so they want to talk with us; and we went in separately to a "friendly chat" When they asked me IF I want to join the Party I've said "IF I HAVE TO!" I'm not sure if some of you can imagine how astonished they were hearing my answer?! Lucky me, I was always considered a funny girl so they've asked me: What kind of answer is this? and warned me that this is something SERIOUS! ... so I had to say YES, considering the fact that I very much loved being a researcher and a chemist?! Than they talked to my friend and finally told us to write a BIOGRAPHY and a "STEP IN THE PARTY REQUEST"

Both of us, my friend and me, were stunned by this event, being so un-expected?! We were wondering what should we write in the BIO and in the "REQUEST" - both of them should have had a part - A VERY IMPORTANT ONE - WHY WE ARE EAGER TO BECOME A MEMBER OF THE COMMUNIST PARTY! -
I'm still on the verge to remembering this.
The next days, we were invited to a meeting where we had to vote for the condamnation of some "huligans" from Timisoara! This was on December 16th! Almost every second hour they asked us if we were redy with our "writings" and "papers" When finally we were done, the REVOLUTION came and my BIO and REQUEST - written so hard and with difficulty :-) - ended up in a rubbish cart in the park! ... so I NEVER HAD THE HONOR TO BE A PARTY MEMBER, even though my family made fun on me lots of time always smelling around me when I arrived somewhere and asking: What stinks so hard?! Did you step into the Party?

Well, this was the beginning and the end of my political career! I'm not sure weather this is the same funny for you - reading this - as it was for me, or at least how I lived it and felt it! ... but when I REALLY WOKE UP I found myself in the middle of a revolution and every thing changed!

... anyway this is something not too many knows about me :-)

The truth of the matter is I too don't believe in coincidences and your revelations along with my secret weapons story are here in order to open eyes to truths. Truths they simply don't understand and fathom. Truths they haven't experienced and truths they haven't seen.

For a while now I've been trying to convey the dangers and in many cases find closed doors and minds. Why is it that people can't learn from the mistakes of others and the tragedies of others? Why is it they have to experience it themselves before they understand and.........then find it's to late?

As you my T meshugeneh friends know I am not a christian but lately a thought keeps on going through my mind "forgive them for they know not what they do". But forgiveness in this case will be worthless unless many open there eyes and see the truth.

So, no coincidences and more truths are necessary to save not only the USA but the world cos it really is turning into a small village, isn't it?

I now understand why I convinced my secret weapon to let you live another day T-Member from White Town. It wasn't easy but worth the effort. Luka can now enjoy your cooking for another day.

Mike Hanes here (I mean Caron). I just thought that I would stop by to see all my beautiful friends. Lilly, Branka, Luka's girlfriend(I don't believe he ever did introduce her to us). Last week Shirley went out and bought me some new underwere. Now, I'm afraid to sit down. Every time I do I crush a grape. When the grapes are gone I am getting rid of the underwear because I'm sure the apple will leave a lump. Anyway, I'm glad that everyone has been behaving since I haven't been here for awhile. Hello My Meshugeneh Family,

I would like to welcome a new initiate to the T -meshugeneh world Gerri Decher. I'm sure you're asking why she qualifies and I'm willing to explain in detail (that Branka likes so much).

1. She talks nonsense. Read her post words that have no meanings (unless you have a special dictionary [I have one]). So anyone reading her words will understand she's talking in a special code and is probably a T - meshugeneh.

2. She is from down under. Any one who's down under deserves the meshugeneh title. What wese could you call him/her other then meshugeneh.

I vote to let her start her on the job training ASAP. Lets have a decision soonest. Don't forget she wished us an endorphin filled weekend!!!!!

Now another guy posted and I'm not sure about him at all.

1. He's confused about his name. Is he forgetful or even worse???

2. He talks about underwear, lumps, crushing fruits and worst of all he will throw away new underwear because he finishes the grapes??? Is that meshugeneh behavior or just plain stupid??? I don't know. Tell me what you think!!!???

3. This guy that's not sure/confused about his name goes around with a garbage/trash can (????). How strange is that????? It's not even close to being meshugeneh it borders on the unreal and can we afford to have people of this caliber in our midst???

My opinion as T-Senior (meshugeneh) is that he'll break under the slightest amount of pressure and give us all up. And I say us and not himself cos he can't remember who he is. He doesn't even remember what the original topic of this forum was. How bad is that????

I vote not to accept him yet until we have an emergency meeting and possibly to send off the secret weapon to take care of him. Remember it's a free service cos she loves us so much.

I thought that I should come back in when Luka posted in Shirley's forum and said something about having to pick you up from the floor. Shirley did not know what he was talking about so I told her. She is still pretty even when her face goes like this.I believe we have found another way to loose weight.I tried being serious one time, but Shirley put a Full length mirror in the bathroom. Now I can't stop laughing.

Dear Mike,

Research has presented the following conclusions:

Laughter reduces serum cortical.

Laughter increases imunoglobin A.

Laughter increases tolerance to pain.

Laughter increases heart rate, pulse rate, and "juggles" the internal organs.

To my knowledge, there is no research that indicates that Endorphins are secreted during the “juggling” of the grapes in underwear. Perhaps Dr Lilli can enlighten us here. It would be of assistance if you could document all sensations, you experience along with times and places until said underwear is kapoot.

The term "endorphin" as a combination of two words: endogenous morphine. Basically, endorphins are the body's naturally made morphine. So yeah it feels good!!

Hello my crazy family and all that have ventured into the zone of giggles,grins and insanity!

I see the funny farm continues and thus is spreading! I believe this has mutated !

My phone line went down possibly a terrorist attack from long distance maybe it fell off the pole from all the laughter it felt every time I visited this thread.

I see the secret weapons are in place and the diet is spreading . will this go global ? No questions have been answered for our senior t Peter. Lilly must be hiding behind the gypsum now .. her lips no longer attached to it or has she eaten through it, so many questions, so few answers!

Mike is making wine? I always have wondered what else was in that trash can .. Mike that isn't kosher so I don't think I will have any. Peter I am sure you will not be drinking the first glass. It will never make it through customs and surly will be said a weapon of mass destruction or even worse!

Good morning to all my Meshuganeh family and friends!

FIRST! Meshuganeh teddy bear hugs to all!

I finally had the moments necessary to read all of the posts since Oct 3-ish. I had to skip some earlier this week, but something was calling out... READ ALL TODAY! LOL!! I don't know what gave me the extra time, but it had to been because of the gentle earthquake that moved my bed from under me to next to me. :) OR was I the teddy bear that fell to the floor? OMG! No hugs in my dream!!!!

I too have been buried in my work and have not been able to be over here much. One more week of this madness!!! Then I can put my robe of normality back on. Thank you to all who have been sending me so much energy through your love, hugs, daily thoughts and the extra exercise of laughter for this diet. LOL!! I like Luka's idea "Meshuganeh - best medicine".

The other day I had a great conversation in the shower. I usually do when the entertainment isn't available. I had a dream about a little park where there were beautiful flowers everywhere! Green grass! Sunshine! Ponds of water! Everybody was a child running around playing tag, skipping rocks on the water, blowing those little parachutes off the plant that makes my dad cringe, laughing... Ah, it was a wonderful place. While discussing it (is it okay to admit with myself?), I realized that everyone there was all of you! Now that was cool!

This forum is a secret little thread of wisdom. If you go back and read every post, you will find wonderful little pieces of golden wisdom scattered all about! I love it! So, do not be surprised if I come back in November with more posts about old posts. It will be like stirring the soup for me! LOL!!! I always hunger to hear Branka's writing about changing one's surroundings. Now, don't throw anything at me Branka for this, but... I have to admit that I am too "pavloved" in some areas of my life! LOL! But, none the less... change is occurring each time we laugh, hug, cry or even think. I think my bell is always the hug.

OK... my time is up for this morning! I hope to sneak some time on my trip if I can find internet access.

Actually, all what I know out of Medicine I have learned from Branka. Not all ... but all what is useful and in common sense. I owe her too much! Her way of bearing with unknown things is ... out of this world! Patient ... confidential ... and guided just by common sense.

One of most important things she taught me, is paying attention on those natural cycles and slowing down ... calming ... turning the sight inside .... loving myself and healing so deep but invisible wounds ...

I agree with you in each your word. My dear teacher (and she will kill me if I say "guru") taught me that one may take a full control upon his life, only when is enough responsible for it. First, I didn`t understand, thinking that responsibility is : GOING REGULARY TO MY WORKPLACE, PAYING THE BILLS, TAKING CARE TO FULFILL ANY GIVEN WORD .... LOL!

Being stubborn, I came to realization WHAT DOES RESPONSIBILITY MEAN, and it includes, for the first, to be attuned with our own nature, and that there`s no borders between us and outer nature.

It seems that this forum is turning into a fun place to be and aside from losing weight we're getting our laughs too which might possibly add to the weight loss. :)

Dimitra's graphic was a blast as are Branks's jokes. Love em.

Today I started using the tea and am looking forward to seeing the results of that too.

One thing I'd like to add. When I was a "bit" younger it was never a problem to take off a few extra pounds (or more then a few :) ). But, as I got older I found that the first 10 kgs were never a problem but anything over that was. Now I do need to lose more then 10 kgs unfortunately :) and I'm curious to see if this will do the trick. So far it's almost 2.5 kgs. :)

Yes, this forum has been turned in fun ...

I try to stop laughing ... I already have just the bones and skin ... but after this morning laughter ... I will have to look what to wear on :) ...

The worst of all is a fact that I know Branka my entire life, and each her word or gesture ... throws in ... a hundreds of funny situations caused by her wit.

I do believe that laughter is the best medicine. So, it can be only helpful.

Peter, you will lose all what makes you overweight, it doesn`t matter if it is a 10, or 20, or 30 kg in question.

2,5 kg in five days - great!!!!

I didn`t lose any kg, but all centimeters that were over a perfect line, or on an improper places !!!

And the best of all, I can work (LOL, and laugh) as much as I need, and never feel tired.

Just, toxins have been regularly eliminated each day!

Looking forward for newer and newer results and effects!

Please do not feel disappointed :) ... It`s not the matter of intelligence, but of misunderstanding.

Cellular phone rings were mentioned in context of Branka`s reminder , based on here given schedule, and related to The Pavlov`s reflex - just as a part of her joke.

( The phrase "Pavlov's reflex" (or Pavlov`s dog) is often used to describe someone who merely reacts to a situation, rather than use critical thinking.)

So, don`t worry. Your cell phone may ring as it usually does, and that will not cause any negative changes :) ...

But, you paid her way of explaining things very cheap. When I sleep at her home (you know, Cukarica - where I live, is not too close to Pyramid, and when I stay too late, I usually sleep in your neighborhood. Whatever I need, when ask Branka where can I find it, she answers: "There" .... Well, I still have to learn a lot from her, but for the first, I MUST LEARN MIND READING :) .

PAVLOV DROOLING DOGS

While Ivan Pavlov worked to unveil the secrets of the digestive system, he also studied what signals triggered related phenomena, such as the secretion of saliva. When a dog encounters food, saliva starts to pour from the salivary glands located in the back of its oral cavity. This saliva is needed in order to make the food easier to swallow. The fluid also contains enzymes that break down certain compounds in the food. In humans, for example, saliva contains the enzyme amylase, an effective processor of starch.

Pavlov became interested in studying reflexes when he saw that the dogs drooled without the proper stimulus. Although no food was in sight, their saliva still dribbled. It turned out that the dogs were reacting to lab coats. Every time the dogs were served food, the person who served the food was wearing a lab coat. Therefore, the dogs reacted as if food was on its way whenever they saw a lab coat.

In a series of experiments, Pavlov then tried to figure out how these phenomena were linked. For example, he struck a bell when the dogs were fed. If the bell was sounded in close association with their meal, the dogs learned to associate the sound of the bell with food. After a while, at the mere sound of the bell, they responded by drooling.

This is becoming a fun fest here. I have a new study to recommend.

Pavlov's study and theory is well know to all (i think) but if I understood you correctly Branka is using her cell phone to remind herself when not to eat and drink according to the Kreb cycles.

So if we incorporate Pavlov's theory with the Kreb cycles then every time the cell phone rings the cycle will start just like the salivating dogs when the bell rang. If we can prove this theory and it proves to be true then there is a danger of Branka disappearing if her cell phone rings to often. I think we have to convince her to speak less on the phone (is that possible ?? :) ).

Just a thought.

I'm not sure if I have ever been called a King before. My wife has crowned me a few times however. For being a gentleman. I remember one time when I was younger, I tried to be a gentleman. A girl had come to a point in the road where there was a puddle. I galantly put a coat over it to help her cross. It did not work so well. First, it was her coat and next the water was due to a break in the water main. She almost drowned. Oh, well, I tried. oooops!!! The cell phone is ringing and I'm getting hungry. Actually, this was uncanny. As soon as I wrote this sentence, the phone rang. The display window read "Cell Phone." It's not nice to fool Mother Nature.

Exactly now I have a joy and a big honor to drink a coffee with Branka, at one amazing New Belgrade`s Cafe ... and she helped me, bringing her laptop, to upload my photo! This wireless Internet connection is great!!!

Each of my new Adlander friends reminded me to put here my photo, but ... I couldn`t done it before because my PC, loaned from one good friend, is very old .

Branka told me that it will take some time for my photo to become visible.

So, you will see me now and once more, I wish to thank you for all encouragement and warm words of welcome and all support.

Actually, we are still trying to get my photo on, but we receive an information that this file is too large.

You are a great buddy, thank you.

I worked with Vladimir and we spent over 1 hour trying to put this photo on ... but without success.

First from the CD, than from my comp, .... at last from photobucket ... but always we got TOO BIG IMAGE TO ...

I really don`t know what has happened.

I saw Vladimir is now off line and just wished to tell you about what we have experienced.

We didn`t finish our job, but have had our first encounter and spent amazing time, with lot of laughter. He is very, very interesting and witty person.

First, thanks for posting at my first forum. That makes me happy and joyful!

Your point about diets is so true and I really do not trust too much in special kind of taking care of food.

I called this "diet" simply because I wished to attract attention on the subject.

We do not wear winter coats when calender says that is Summer ... and temperatures are very high, nor we "wear" prettier ears than ours if they were born with another man. We do not put our leg to stop the bus, if we are normal. Also, if we are normal, knowing that there are an hours a day when our organic factory work to convert a foodstuff into usable energy ... and it will appreciate our pausing of food and drinks in our own favor .... shall we eat and drink ?

I agree : each of us IS different, but there are a lot of general qualities in common, and not only among humans, but also among animals. Metabolism and basic principe of it is in a common for people and animals.

I hope you now understand what I meant here :) ...

Lilly!

Always hugs first, then the praise for your heart that cares for all of us. Between you and Branka, there is much heart care being given than we realize. You both are modern day mircale workers. The world is certainly blessed because you have chosen to give freely of your great knowledge and heart.

When I first came to this forum, I didn't really notice the "diet" aspect to the post. It was more about the unusual schedule of times to not eat or drink. I have been studying about the metabolism for several years now and our little engine is the key to having healthy shapes. LOL!!! When we fuel it has as much to do with what we fuel it, if not more.

I started it on Monday and I am truly amazed at the effect it has had on my entire metabolism in just five days! I have much energy and focus, I am no longer craving anything to eat between my usual four snacks(small meals) a day and my water goes down without force. Just five days and major changes have occurred!

However, Thomas may be correct on one matter. No diet will work for every individual. I don't eat junk food or drink anything but water, so how I need to lose extra pounds has very little to eating wrong foods versus right foods. Mine is more about when I have been eating and more walking. My jeep and this chair I am sitting have caused more weight gain than any foods. LOL!! I can't stop eating of them, unless I am walking!

All I know is that I have had postive effects, but one very important thing (even as a degreed scientist) I accepted your suggestion with all faith that it would work. Maybe that is the key to success at anything... faith!

I am waiting for more knowledge...

I didn`t speak too much about all changes that follow practicing this schedule, just because didn`t like to suggest anything, but my hope for you is not only to be in new, much lower size of trousers ... but to be free of your allergies etc ...

I expect this to happen the second - third month from the beginning ... if not earlier.

Just in one point I cann`t agree with you. I think this works as independent of our faith. Old Latins said: MENS SANA IN CORPORE SANO - Healthy spirit in healthy body. Hmmmmm... Psychics and bio-chemical engine, called our body, are more in co-dependent relationship.

I must again mention the practiciant of this regime of feeding up, one who suffers due Antipavlov`s reflex :) .

After a months of discussion .... she successfully explained me this so sensitive and tiny cord for so important relationship between MIND (as a field of forces), PSYCHICS (as a "subtle creature" which considers: our attention (spirit as a servant) and a chief of parade (our will) ... and BODY - a social stage of their games and parade ...

Faith must be an expression of mind`s power/ it must be independent and powerful force, to be able to create any change ... if I understand those matters well. And here, we have exactly programmed Krebs`s cycles.

KREBS`S CYCLES?

If we have a dirty laundry and an excellent detergent ... and start washing with clean water ... but later adding dirty water .... should this excellent detergent, together with our labor, resulted as we expect?

No, of course not.

Do we need faith to have washed and clean laundry?

No, we need our mobile/active attention to use only a clean water.

So, our attention is all what our body needs here.

Back in the 50s fast food was meant for people on the go and have no time to make breakfast or dinner, so we developed ask food , greasy, sugar and salty foods, we also invented TV dinners for people who don't have time to cook or don't know how to cook, both are bad for us, so this is a daily routine that is ramped throught our childhood and young adult lives here in he good ole U. S. of A. And now we are so diet crazy for the past 30 years trying to reverse our old ways of life, its not going to work , we paid the cost and now we still suffer, our animals are still being tested for the best diet product that we could sell and it isn't right, it isn't right for us and and it isn't right for the those defenseless animals. I'll say one good thing about America is that we always get back on the horse and try to ride smarter than before, sometimes things happen for the best and other times you have to say that all food is bad for you LOL ..joking. :)}

At the topic dedicated to you at Branka`s forum, you wrote about your Italian roots. So, I found as a good opportunity to praise your virtue to use small or piccolo words (and which word is not small or piccolo?) to say a grande (big) things?

Last night I was ready to terminate my account and to leave this place.

I considered mentality in which I was born and raised ap as a little primitive and Adland for me was a breath of fresh air. But primitivism and arrogance don`t know the frontiers.

Those attacks against a few people here .... including my family and forum .... are ... so good reasons for leaving this place.

But, does Bogdan deserve that? Does Joe D. deserve that? Peter, Anamaria, Branka, Luka, Neil, Geketa, Judy Smith, Dimitra Bravou, John Partington, Beth Schmilen, Joyce Parker Hyde, Pauline Raina, Myrna Ferguson, Vessie Cotrell, Terry Gorley, Phil Black ... and many others who are a true jewels amongst people?

Because of them I will stay, as nothing have happened.

And will never permit anyone to break my laughter again and to block my love.

WOW!!!!! Doesn't that just describe so many things that happened lately???? But on a more pleasant note it's definitely one that we all can learn from. Especially in a society where so many speak different languages and sometimes are forced to write in a language that isn't their mother tongue.

Now where in the world did you find that picture???????? It's a terrible likeness of me and totally misrepresents the TRUTH.

1. I sleep verrrrrry little so you'd never catch me like that.

2. I still have all my teeth TG and never let em hang out like it's depicted in the pic.

3. The only thing that used to hang out was my stomach and since going on Lilly's diet even that is diminishing. Soon will be gone, kaput hopefully for ever.

Dear Meshugeneh friends,

This post will be in a more serious vein then many of the other posts I made here . I'm using this platform for reasons that will be obvious a bit later but also for the flurry of what I can only label hate in the guise of love that started cos of actions and deeds of others against this great forum.

I have been accused of many things in the past few days and I will elaborate about a few of then in this post. The major one being the claim that I attacked other members in posts of mine. In answer to that claim I challenge anyone to find a post that I attacked them that wasn't instigated by attacks against me or others I hold dear. I am proud that I am able to have a discussion with those I disagree with in a respectful manner as it should be. So please be my guests and accept the challenge.

There have been many half truths written in the past few days including those in posts that were supposed to be conciliatory but in fact were meant to inflame and incite other like minded people to come out in force and add their "love" to the game. I wonder why people never bother to check the sources of things that were posted but accept the version of the instigator.

Another very questionable tactic is to attack others when they know in advance that the attacked can't reply cos they were conveniently BANNED from the forum. This an action of weak and fearful people that know they can say what they wish and won't be rebutted cos they censored the "culprit". How pathetic is that???

OK, here are a few excerpts of PMs I received in the past few days. I won't give them all and there are many but only ones that will show their true carachter and not the public image they profess to.

1. "Your an Idiot Peter, it shows in the forum s you posty in, hence PETERS MAKING FRIENDS". Well, the forum this person is referring to is this forum and I accept the insult as praise cos I think we have a great family here and I respect the intellect, honesty and understanding of each and every one you.

2. He further wrote: "and no i dont understand the silliness of that humor you call, if it doesnt help others? then why sould i be involved, thats how i look at things" It's obvious he doesn't understand the humor but what I don't understand is why he continues to post here?? Hmmm, interesting question I think but we're smart enough to read between the lines since we are after all Meshugenehs!

3. Now the next quote is actually very revealing and also in a way frightening. You'll soon understand my meaning. "in my eyes Peter your a bully, there for a bully in God's eyes". Now this is very revealing is't it??? It seems like this person thinks that God is his servant and not the opposite. Frightening isn't it. Or are we just lucky to have someone like him walking amongst us???? What do you think??

Now as to Sara's accusations of my being adverse and attacking. You all saw the post that caused the banning. I believe it was written in a perfectly respectful manner but I guess different people think differently or were just looking for an opportunity to do what she did whether it made sense or not. I've never attacked Sara!!!!! Quite the opposite. What she showed as the supposed "cause" in her thread when she attacked AnaMaria I tried to calm every thing down in the thread and via PMs. It's all there for everyone to see if they bothered to check the sources but they accepted half truths and innuendos. How sad is that? BTW, our PM correspondence is still saved where she readily admits that she was to blame and apologized. Unfortunately she wasn't able to let it go and carry on she kept on harping on the topic in many other forums and now I guess she thinks she is getting her revenge!!??

I guess that's all for now. I apologize for using our meshugeneh forum to air my position but as I said previously I've been BANNED and censored and am not able to reply at the source.

Once again my sincere apologies for burdening you with this post.

I posted at my forum last night that I should have to make a little break from Adland.

I can now write an expertize in several directions, from psychological, sociological, philosophers until religious ... (I have professional skills to do that, being a graduated professor of Philosophy and Psychology) but I don`t like to waste my time any more.

Peter, thank you for posting this VERY DETAILED :) post, eve though it is not funny at all.

Funny is .... (don`t know to say it in English :) :) :) ) ... Where`s Joe ? He became better in Serbian :) and could be a very helpful now :) .(Now I am not telling the truth :) , but didn`t praise him for a loooong time, and just miss doing that. )

Funny are just words of apologies posted after merciless and so superficial attacks. Geketa is so right: I may read between lines : they are jealous, and nothing else. Those poor people so often repeats word "God" and word "love" , but God originated them to act this way, and I have no objections.

Sad thing is that I know who I am (supreme one, of course :) :) :) ) and simply, I cann`t help those who think differently, or maybe think they know better than me who I am.

And for you, who cann`t than believe me, because your hearts are alive and you just love me, even though you are aware how much supreme I am (not) :) :) :) ... I will be back, after having a few days of rest.

All that will be free to cut the excerpts of this post, trying to snitch a little of my energy, now would be kindly asked to think once, twice or more. Because, each time we speak of others, we speak of ourselves :) .

You got that right. Sometimes it's good to get away from it all and clear your head. Shame we can't simply click on "refresh" like we can with our computer. That would make life much easier and simplify matters.

Understanding is in many cases a one way street but we know that and have learned to deal with it.

Your description of meshugenehs is interesting and thinking about oh so true. Kids see things very clearly and many adults lost the ability to do so. The meshugeneh aliens. New concept for the family to think about. :)

Now that is one skinny pig. Just goes to show what the Krebs cycle can do for you plus the hoolah hoop of course.

You know what would make this meshugeneh family complete???? Our mate John Leal. He's already a credentialed meshugeneh and he hasn't been here yet. He might still be checking his thumb and looking at the mirror at the same time. :) ;)

Dear Ana Maria, your “copy-paste” dissertation enlightened me. I was always puzzled why I like so much to stay at home and why my daughter is so eager to “run away” from us, now I KNOW. Our home is full of “homegrown laughter” (which by the way is very dangerous and addictive), that’s why my husband changed his workplace, I am still skinny and my daughter is afraid that it may affect her young mind.

You don't want to know the IRS.. they are big bullies with great letters behind their names hiding away in Hugh offices with Large salaries that "we the people " pay for and besides that they also take away your money be happy .. don't worry .. :)

When they figure out a way to tax air and laughter their will be a tax applied to that as well, they might even go as far as to attach your soul if they can also derive a plan to get it out of your body. I have placed a lock on mine and threw away the key just in case.

Ah... the MAP!!!! Thank you Terroistical Meshuganeh Geketa!

I followed the map, accidentally from a place far far away and here I am... once again where I belong. LOL!!! Your tortuous map(X) has caused me a journey I shall never forget, unless I get whacked in the head one more time by the tail of an Anthropormorphic Dragon! What are those things anyways? Whew!

I finally found us on this map. Took me a meshuganeh amount of time, but I found it. I don't know if that means a length or type of time, but it was meshuganeh all the way! I only travelled by way of the Krebb's Cycle.

I searched long and hard, but on my journey from the Wet Sea avoiding the Blogipelago by way of the edge of nothing, I got lost in the Bay of Angst only to escape, at least I thoughts so, to a shore of the Intellectuals. It was a mess there and supreme intelligence was absence making me aware of why the Sea of Angst was so nearby. So being attracted to the Practicals, I rowed north for a bit listening to some rumors about the pininsula of eHarmony! There is this place full of "the kind of women men want... but shouldn't have" to die for! But, I am not Klingon... today anyways.

Once I passed by Piczo and into the Gulf of YouTube, I was lost like never before! But eventually, my canoe began yawing towards the secluded island of Second Lifes. I could see Wow in the distance, but being a Meshuganeh, I was confused with the aft or port sides and had a silly of a time and lost sight of Wow! But, before the currents could whoosh me away to Something Awful, I run aground into this little island just a bit aft or port of Second Life! We are on a little island next to the place called Third Life pinched between cultural seas and oceans!

Now I am trying to figure out what to declare this island as the most recent beached and stranded adventurer! I was thinking of the Isle of Meshuganehs, but others have informed me that it does not exist. You can understand my reluctance to tell them otherwise I hope! For fear of being absconned to Wikipedia to be enslaved by the Librarians of Facts in attempt to prove to me likewise!

I think I'll just lay here in the white sand and listen to the waves crashing onto the beach... watch the seagulls whisk by... soak up some sun... and come to the realization that I am a poooooooooooooooooooooooooooor meshuganeh at heart and have no hope of being normal and accepted by the Intellectuals of which I would prefer to pass through the Bay of the Trolls first! Hello Jim My Meshugeneh In Training Friend,

You're probably asking why MIT and the answer is obvious. We the full blown meshugenehs deal in the here and now! Femme Fatale's that are all dead and whose dress code is more modest then the one demanded by Marilyn in her aov can't begin to interest an FBM (full blown meshugeneh) especially a T-Rex meshugeneh.

Now my MIT redneck friend (never could understand why someone would brag about having a RED NECK? hmmm, something to think about) you seem to confuse T - Rex with a prehistoric animal. Carnivores they might have been but you seem to forget that rex has another meaning and that is what it stands for here.

I see you've become a movie critic of verrrry old movies (u've mastered the copy/paste technique masterfully) but as I said if you want to progress in your training you'll have to step up to the plate and live in the present and not in the verrrrrrrrry distant past. Why don't you try the sci-fi genre? You can practice on the mountain and get excellent training there.

A true meshugeneh isn't so easily taken in and for sure not by woman long dead so rest assured we are safe.

Jim, did you for a minute think that the cat (a raccoon in disguise) could suffocate to death covered with so much clothing. Please take pity in the cat.

Becoming a Christians, in 11th century, Serbs wished to sustain some of customs from our paganism, so, each family celebrate their holy patron. Today a lot of Serbian families celebrate St. Archangel Michael. St Nikolaus, St. John Baptist, St. Georgie's and St. Archangel Michael are the biggest celebrations here, and families that do not celebrate, go and celebrate with those who`s patron comes with his day.

Lilly, Luka and I will go today from party to party. I wish you can imagine how it looks like !!!!! Each table is rich with deliciouses from our national kitchen .... and lot of drinks ... alive musics .... and all this will last until early morning hours. And tomorrow ... is the second day ... so, families we missed to honor by our visits today, will expect for us tomorrow. LOL!

I raised up at Catholic world, and still I am not enough familiar with this spirit and customs, but it really can be funny and great.

Laughter in therapy does not refer to jokes in therapy nor does it minimize a client's issues. It is one of three major forms of catharsis in therapy that also include tears and anger release. With the consent of the client, the therapist works to help find tools to create the laughter catharsis. Each client is unique and the means to be able to play with serious issues will vary from person to person. In order to achieve laughter one combines play with serious issues. Play may incorporate a different way of thinking, word play, props, phraseology, etc. Playfulness is not synonymous with silliness so one need not fear losing one's adult dignity. Interestingly, laughter alone will not suffice to completely deal with issues. As feelings are accessed, crying, anger work and talking are often necessary along with laughter. Emotions are held in the body and all means of catharsis are necessary to heal. Which ones and how much depend on the individual. Laughter is the perhaps the most important because it releases three emotions (anger, anxiety and boredom) and it is the most pleasant and often the most acceptable. Clients who are willing to utilize laughter in therapy will generally move through their pain more quickly.

Why laughter may be the best way to warm up a relationship.

Out of all the elements that contribute to the warm atmosphere of a good relationship, there is one that seldom gets translated into advice or even therapy, yet is something that everyone desires and most people would like more of: Laughter.

It's a safe bet that most of the laughs married couples get come from TV laugh tracks, not from each other. They don't emanate from the relationship. More important, they don't feed it. And if the jokes that make the rounds by email are any gauge, often they are at the expense of it.

But homegrown laughter may be what ailing couples need most. Uniquely human, laughter is, first and foremost, a social signal--it disappears when there is no audience, which may be as small as one other person--and it binds people together. It synchronizes the brains of speaker and listener so that they are emotionally attuned.

These are the conclusions of Robert Provine, Ph.D., a neuroscientist who found that laughter is far too fragile to dissect in the laboratory. Instead, he observed thousands of incidents of laughter spontaneously occurring in everyday life, and wittily reports the results in Laughter: A Scientific Investigation (Penguin Books, 2001).

Laughter establishes--or restores--a positive emotional climate and a sense of connection between two people, who literally take pleasure in the company of each other. For if there's one thing Dr. Provine found it's that speakers laugh even more than their listeners. Of course levity can defuse anger and anxiety, and in so doing it can pave the path to intimacy.

Most of what makes people laugh is not thigh-slapper stuff but conversational comments. "Laughter is not primarily about humor," says Dr. Provine, "but about social relationships."

Among some of his surprising findings:

- The much vaunted health benefits of laughter are probably coincidental, a consequence of it's much more important primary goal: bringing people together. In fact, the health benefits of laughter may result from the social support it stimulates.

- Laughter plays a big role in mating. Men like women who laugh heartily in their presence.

- Both sexes laugh a lot, but females laugh more--126 percent more than their male counterparts. Men are more laugh-getters.

- The laughter of the female is the critical index of a healthy relationship

AnaMaria & Lia please forgive me for not replying to your posts first but I just had my serotonin and endorphins overflow cos of something Babic Branka OS wrote.

The funniest part of Babic Branka OS's post was her P.S.. She wrote: PS I DON`T KNOW IF YOU`LL BELIEVE, BUT SPELL CHECK ALSO IS NOT IN USE

Now you're probably wondering why I found that so funny???!!! Well if you look and check her above post closely aside from the tiny fonts she has the least amount of mistakes I've seen in any of her posts.

So the conclusion Babic Branka OS is pray that the editor and spell check isn't working from now on and your english will be almost perfect.

Thank you for the invitation. This makes a lot of sense, as we all have our own Biological clock. We take care of our automobiles much better than we do our own bodies. There is also the subject of location. There are various locations throughout our planet that have more energy output than others where people live longer because of their environment. Other locations have a larger consentration of pollutants due to careless work practices that cause many airborne deseases to emerge. It also helps to know what your body has plenty of and what it could use more of. By knowing what foods contain protein, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K, and knowing what your body needs we could all take much better care of ourselves by the right combinations of food we eat, along with proper excercise as well. It's also nice to share as well. Ooooops!!! Sorry. It looked soooooo good.

Hello Lilly and Thank you Branka for directing me over here!

Since I first seen this; a few days ago, I showed it to my husband; and since he saw it he pissed me to print it out for him!

Today, finally I had a few moments, while waiting for him and did that and even could post ;-)

Interesting idea with this Krebs Circles and they fit so well with my idea (as a chemist) about this entire process! I'm almost convinced it will work. I'm not looking for any weight loss, but I'm sure it will be great for me too! - hope I'm not going to be just skinny LOL! - there is also going to be some meat left on me :-D

I have been Spiritually lead to your forum. Answer to a prayer that is. I knew there had to be a natural way to speed up metabolism, just didn't know how. Hubby says take pills, but then you are either addicted or stop taking them and bigger than before LOL!.

I am very happy to see you here.

Over 10 years ago, my cousin Branka tried to explain me her insight about Pineal gland as a centar for body selfrecovering.

I must admit that medical doctors suffers due a very subtle, but intensive vanity.

I already was sure she is insane 100 % ... Things about which she tried to teach me ... I couldn`t find anywhere .... and she found them in her deep silence, called meditation. Then something, for me in that moment fascinting, has occured.

I found a scientistic work, published for the first time EVER a month before I got it in my hands, speaking of missuse of enthropia in creating the collective mind .... (It was in English, but don`t remember the title.)

I THOUGHT I SHOULD DIE FROM FEAR. In that scientistic work I found all about what she was speaking 3-4 years ago, and was sure she didn`t have chance to read it anywhere .... than in her deep silence.

From that time, I take all her words as a very serious and worth to be studied. And beside she is the most sane person I have ever met, her level of education is not easy to find so often.

So, the Pineal gland is something on which I work now. In some, more spiriritual researches, this gland is considered as responsible for our wishes.

In the Book of Revalation, known also as Apocalypse ... we have one part speaking about human wishes as anathemised by Lord. I tried but didn`t find translation for this, and was free to translate myself, with hope you will guess on which part I refer here:

... And fruitition of your soul`s wishes will leave you, and all what is good and pleasant will leave you and you will never find it again ...

After Branka has directed my attention to this verse, I really started looking at things as a doctor who anticipate an "idea" (things first created in mind and spirit) older than consequences . This past time all medical science is changing start points of view, coming to a realization that human mind is more powerful/responsible for our health, than we already have learned and considered.

To not to speak too much off other points, interesting for mu research, just wished to relate to your first sentence, Val :

Our minds are already ready to be just normal and to take care about ourselves :) .

I am happy Val to see you already have had an idea that "there had to be a natural way to speed up metabolism" . The results a different from each to other. Some start losing weigth faster .... with some others it takes a little more time. But we have to be stubborn and results will not miss. I will practice this my entire life.

It is easy. Costs nothing. Helps a lot!
