Problems with Posting at Adlandpro

This is just to let everyone know that I may not be able to do much posting for the next few days. With the continuing problems of posting here at ALP and our threatening weather from remnants of Hurricane Gustav, it will be luck to even get online.

There are so many forums that I want to post in and support and to vote in but it might not be possible to get around. I am saving messages so hopefully when things settle down I can catch up on posting.

I am having some issues with posting as well. Golly Gee, you will be missed!! Be careful in those storms. Valerie C. just informed me that she will have limited posting access for the exact same reasons -

Judy, thanks for letting us know of your posting issues. As far as the storms, I believe they are going to missing us but our weather forecast still says tonight it could get a little rough. So far we have only had rain (which we needed!), however it very COOL for this time of year. 53 last night!

Our friend, Cam The Web Guy, is working on problem.

Hi Sara, You will be in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. I hope that you are able to access the Internet and post as you are a much needed resource to our community. You helped me when I was having difficulty getting messages just a short time ago. We should be careful what we ask for. Now I am getting so many messages I can not keep up with them. Sorry to hear this, but I certainly understand it. I was about a month offline do to flood threat & then computer problems. Do what ever you need to to be safe.

Yes, Mary, you guys in Iowa have been hard pressed this summer with all that rain and storms moving through. You were in my prayers, believe me!! Sorry about the 'puter problems. It is a concern of mine now that mine is getting so much older and there is not enough loose change laying around to buy another!!

Hi Sara, I don't know what problems everyone is having but I have a strange one. I let my upgrade package lapse and so recently upgraded again, but, desopite paying for the upgrade etc. I sil cant post in colur or choose text etc as I get no toolbar. Anybody else have this problem? Roger

Well, Roger we meet again!! Now I have had not one problem with the colors or tool bars, but I have an issue with support.

I called earlier today and the "staff memeber" needed to check on something and was to call me back in an hour and the whole day went by and I never heard from them. Anyway, the matter I called about had a deadline of today, so it won't do him any good to call me now I guess. I get pretty touch over non-customer service, especially when i am paying for some of the services!

I hope you get your tool bar issues straightened out Roger, If I talk to support I will tell them about your problem as well.

Judy, since I operate as a 'freebie' and never make a phone call unless it is in dire straights, posting & email are my options.

After posting here, I had an email from Cam the Webguy asking for the kind of problems I was having. I tried to explain. He said he was working like crazy to fix everything. Since it was so widespread I figured they had someone it big time!!

Just my opinion but maybe Adlandpro is going through some changes in formats or something and that requires at lot of trial & error. They must be trying to get it done without closing down for a day or two.
