Hi Marilyn,
Great article! I have been a fan of Nicholas Tan for some time mostly for his gardening tips and suggestions. These tips are fantastically grouped together!
I find the biggest self esteem zapper is Dart Pin #5 - Negative World View. It can affect even our outlook in our homes which will spread to our neighborhoods, to our cities to our states, to our countries and around the world. Thus, leading to the people around us.
We should be aware of all the points for each can work on us constantly like water flowing in the stream. What we reflect upon is what we see! And as Wayne Dyer put it, "When we change the way we look at things, the things we look at change." I just love that quote!!!!
Thanks for sharing! I hope everyone's self esteem grows positively to help the world become positive!

Dear Lady & Friends,
Still I don`t have my photo here, nor I still have a picture of mine ...
Actually, I feel as my entire life I am doing nothing else than building my self esteem, or whatever I do ... my conscience needs to make a detailed survey about that. Deapendent of it`s marks, my self esteem goes up or down.
I popped in occasionally ... following the subject from the post before mine and I am grateful for those positive and useful thoughts.
