But I truely believe that welfare should be to help the working who are underpaid and overworked,  Retired who worked hard for 40 to 50 years and are below the poverty level on social security ....  And to get welfare, you should have to be working as a volunteer or going to school to better yourself, unless your health
will not allow you to.
