(I just wish I knew what was wrong with Summer so I can somehow fix her).
In my heart and spiritually view , there is nothing wrong with Summer in the light of God's gift of life to and for her. She is unique in ways others just can't seem to relate with, unless others find in their heart to take the time to really get to know Summer, by lending a heart in return for hers.
(She out grew her allergies of aminals).
Just like she has out grown the allergies to animals, which is totally God's choice and beautiful spiritual work. God has his way of working his miracles of fixing whatever other problems he feels Summer may have, right now God feels there are no other problems to fix at this beautiful peaceful moment in Summer's life, it just others are the problem and is put to a test to trust in God to work with Summer's beautiful life in uniqueness. Please! Let her enjoy everyone and everything around her, in her own unique way, try putting yourself in her place. I believe God is the only spirit to work it out for her, not humans, they are to observe, learn and enjoy the unique things and actions about Summer.
(My mom says "when you made her you reduplicated yourself". And to a point I did... I have ADD and a Learning Disability).
Through the spirit of God, I can only pray that this message reach your mother's heart and thoughts. The above mention is totally a myth. Those words above are human words, not God's words. God do not, I repeat God do not duplicate any one person, thing, or place. Only Human tries this and failed trying to do something that only God has the spiritual power to do. And trust me, he will never think of doing such a thing to no one human, thing, or place. People think twins are totally identical, no they are not totally identical, there will always be something totally different and unique about them apart, spiritually, mentally, and physically, they do not come out at the same time, so how are they totally identical? Sweetheart, honey you are working your nerves for some things said, that does not exist ever in God's view, therefore it does not exist through the eyes of human either.
"Summer needs meds, Summer is too hyper, Summer needs this and that"
Summer needs nothing, but God spiritually and true love from everyone around her, anyone who can not provide something that is totally free to give, (Please! Forgive me God for saying such a thing), with all due respect, than I guess they are just **** out of luck. ONE SHOULD NEVER UNDER ESTIMATE SOMEONE, they do not fully and totally understand and know.
(I still tell them "Yeah she's a handfull but she is my handfull... and she is just fine the way she is, because putting her on meds will totally take away her Free Spirit and change her completly").
There you go, in the spirit of God you and Summer and your family are just fine, just the way you are, unique in your own ways, this is totally why I love my mother like crazy. I do not believe no one doctor knows a mother and her child any better than the mother. You carried her, you birth her, live with her every moment for life, yes for life, you feel your child spiritual, so how can any mother let another human tell her any different about her child. True! We may not see everything in our kids, but that is up to us to observe and learn in our own ways, no one else's.
(I would love to hear your story and read it as well. Maybe you will be the person that will give Bill and I the missing piece of the puzzle we are looking for. Because every night he asks me "What are we going to do with her"? And my answer is always the same... " I don't know").
I can hardly wait to get my story out, I believe it will in many ways, even those who have no special needs, but truly needs to learn to have a heart to deal with issues such as mines and Summer's, because the way the medical world is going now a day, I am sure there will be millions more like myself and Summer, with situations maybe worst than ours. So, you are not going to anything but keep on loving and learning about Summer and her unique ways, trust me its not hard as you may think it is, you have to be creative at heart with Summer in your own ways and make it work for everyone in house. Believe me there are many ways to try, have fun trying, enjoy life uniquely with Summer in ways no one else can tame. You know the saying: "Live, pray, dance, laugh, cry, shout and play like no one is looking" Trust me, when people see this reaction, they will often wonder what in the world are they doing to keep and have this much fun.
Honey! This is how I live daily in my life, many have join and enjoy with me. Life is to short, so I have or make no room for sadness, and consider being too blessed to be stressed out about anything, because true enough there is nothing you can do about many things, but keep finding solutions until problems is solved.
(The reason why he asks is because Summer just gives you a blank stair when you talk with her, like she is hearing a forgien language).
When you see reactions like this, in a way she is hearing a foreign language and it should tell you her brain is working just fine, she is trying to teach you her unique beautiful foreign language of communication, although, she cannot fully tell you how to comprehend what she is trying to say with blank stares and such unique things, it could be she is trying program her beautiful brain to learn your language as well. So, it is up to you to get creative and learn how to put her unique beautiful foreign language and beautiful puzzle together to fully communicate with her. I am sure once you have put this unique beautiful foreign language and puzzle together she will become more and more communicative and calm with hypers, this is like a hyper 1 year old trying to learn the language and communicate something to you, then you eventually catch a hold of what is being communicated.
On a note, if she is repeating everything you said, it make sense to watch negative words and statements, such as "I don't know" try rephrasing, paraphrasing, etc. words or statements when it comes to communicating with Summer, from what I am reading of the situation, she do understand clearly what is being said. There is nothing strange about Summer's situation, she just happens to have been born with a beautiful unique life style unlike others, so what's in this for us, Learn something different, new and unique.
This I call "The beautiful unique lifestyle in Summer, forever hers".
