Looking to establish a BLOG where I can write,  invite people to write

Ask for ADs on sides etc.,.

I need complete guide lines, how to start, as my knowledge of

computer is limited: give/receive E-mails, write in MS word, copy/paste, surf websites,

beyond it is Greek. But I have ideas, if some one collaborates wih  me,

we both can make good income.

Please write in detail about yourself & terms of business.
