I am a 46 year old grandfather of 2, who has been busting his butt  for 28 years in the construction industry, one which is not synonamous with long term gain,savings, or a high quality of life.  I'm trying to conquer a whole new world, or if not conquer then at least get a foothold in it. So if I seem a little naive at times it's probably because I am.
